First time.
First time against the doctor.
And you were already worried sick.

About yourself and about the others. The usualy calm Jeff ran away, yelling as soon as he saw you walk down the coridor. No matter how hard you tried talking to him, he'd wiggle out of your grasp, sometimes even pushing you away, with pure dread in his eyes.
It was as if he didn't see you but... some kind of monster.
You didn't understand what was happening with everyone. They were acting like crazy.

Last time you've heard about something like this was... outside.
You were a "med student" out there. You and a bunch of other folks were sent out into some locations for training. You were supposed to get information out of a few people. Play the good doctor bad doctor game.
You didn't exactly like it but you had to go through it. Each "patient" had a secret word you had to crank out of them.
You needed only one word.
The next week, you opened up one of the integoration cabins and saw absolute carnage.
Two absolutely insane guys. One tied to a table, with his meat and bone exposed. His lips were torn out and his eyes were forced open with a strange metal device.
But he was still alive and feeling.
The other was covering in the corner, holding a rusty, metal spoon.
Metal rods were connected to his forehead.
When you tried aproaching the spoon man, he slashed around with the item, almost making it look like he was weilding a blade.
That was the moment you relized it was not rust. It was dried blood.
The man had severed his own arm, using a spoon.

You shivered at the memory.
You struggled to push it back, as you stepped foward through the cold hospital.

You felt your heart pound in your chest, you carefuly peeked from behind the corner.
You saw noone.
You quietly stepped foward, aproaching a big stone pillar. Just when you were about to peek from behind it, a large man walked around it.
You imidiately recognized the killer, as you heart pounded agressively right in your throat.
He wore a long doctor coat, with sleeves ripped off.
His head twitched to look at you, the big metal device creaking as he did so.
It pulled his lips and eyes open, letting painless tears stream down his burned cheeks.
You let out a fearful whimper as you quickly backed away, steping on your own doctor coat by an accident.
As you backed up, you bumped into something.
You speedily turned around seeing... the Doctor? You let out a whimper as you looked back at the first one, only to find him not there anymore.
A halucination perhaps?
That would mean you're crazy too.

The real Doctor grabbed your arms roughly, pulling you up a little.
His iron grip would surely leave marks.
You couldn't even speak, you let out a couple of winces and squeals but you didn't manage for more.
The killer bent over a little, as if to get a better look at you.
His eyes were all burned up, but some white spark shined in the middle, powering the beast from within.
He let out a... a sound, as if a mocking one. You quickly bucked your legs together, loosing all contol over them.
He licked his teeth, as if he was exited to see you freak out.
"Let me go! Please let me go!" The familiar words came from the tiny survivor.

He recognized the voice!
Herman knew who you were!
You were the one from the cabins! You were his old friend. The only one that ever knew about his experiments before misteriously disapearing... so this is where you were all theese years. And still as beautiful.
Herman shook with you, only making you let out more fearful squeals. He wanted you to remember him.

You shut your eyes, not wanting to look at the killer. He lift you into the air, forcing you to stand on your legs again. He struggled to open his mouth and talk, with the device on his head.
"Leave me alone!" You yelled out, your voice cracking as you did so.
Ah the voice crack... a thing he always found adorable when you spoke to him. It was always when you were distressed.
But now he needed you to be reasonable...
Calm...
Calm.
"To calm an uncooperative patient we inflict a small dose of shock therapy" A memory from a lecture flashed in Herman's brain.
He struggled to hold back one of his maddened giggles.
His hands shook a little, as they charged up with electricity.

The Doctor shivered as his burnt hands let out a pretty large amount of "Shock therapy" that crashed right into your body. He quickly grabed you and slammed you into his chest, as if hugging you.
You yelled so loudly, feeling your meat, skin and brain being set aflame by the lightning. It felt like exorcism.
But during the pain there was white. Then there were flashes.
Places.
All familiar.
Cabin. Door. Railing. Table. Hands. Man. And his face.
He was a black male, with smooth features all over his face, but huge eyebags under his eyes.
That face. Several quick flashes came around and the sweet smiling face changed into the Doctor's.
At that second, all clicked.

The cabin, a place where you first saw the insane "patients".
The door, belonged to the cabin.
Railing, a place where you and Carter used to sit when you had some free time.
The table, it was the place the "patient" was laid on, his flesh opened.
Hands, they belonged to Carter. Here and there he'd hold your tiny one's in his huge one's. They were also the last thing you saw before coming here.
The man, it was him. Herman Carter.
His face... you two were friends.
Maybe... maybe more. That memory is fuzzy.

You found out about his hellish expreiments and then as he was just about to get ahold of you, you were transported to the entity's realm.

"Carter..." You breathed out, looking up and seeing the Doctor turn his burnt head to the side. He licked his teeths in exitement, as you remembered him.
He had the hots for you before you found out about his... work.
He murmured out words that seemed familiar to your name, through his mask.
"Carter what... what happened" You dull-ly asked as you gently struggled to get out of his grasp, he still didn't let go.
He loved holding you.
Before, and now.
He opened his mouth and pushed his tongue out, as if taunting you. Your legs shook slightly, still a terrifying display above you.
"Ah. Issed. You." The insane Doctor said, his mask forcing him to mess the words.
He really did miss you.
Now he was gonna keep you until the time you were apart gets filled.
