As I pass my mom's room, I realize I didnt go in there for almost 2 years until today, and I didn't even stop to look around. I just rushed through her room to find something thats probably gone along with her.

Suddenly I feel a hand on my shoulder as I snap out of my thoughts. Luke gives me a soft smile smile as he speaks, "What were you looking for? Maybe we can help you find it faster...if you want of course?" I close my eyes as I speak, "It's uh- it's my mom's ring she always used to wear. I remember she said I could have it when I turned 17 but she died before my birthday. I thought it might be here but Chuck probably took it. I can find it some other time though." I say starting to walk away but Luke stops me by gently grabbing my arm.

"Andi...you want to find the ring, right? Then let us help you try and look for it and wherever you don't want to go, we will do it for you. We just want to help." As I nod I close my eyes and take a deep breath.

I turn to Luke and take his hand in mine. If I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna need his help.
As I walk slowly to the door and give him a nervous look, he nods to encourage me. I twist the doorknob and swing the door open.

As we walk in, I stop in my tracks, I remember mom absolutely loving this room when she picked it out. My tears come flooding back and it takes so much strength to keep them from flowing down my face. As I get enough courage to let go of Luke's hand, I take another breath and put one foot in front of the other as I search for the ring through the drawers one more time.

As I check under the bed, I find a black shoe box. When I sit it on the bed and open it, I stop in my tracks. "Luke?" As I call over to him, he immediately stops looking and walks over to the box and suddenly has the same expression I do.

"Is that...us?" Luke asks as I nod. "I think so, I don't know. But why would I be wearing a wedding dress and why would you be wearing a tu-" Suddenly it hits me. "That's not us is it?" Luke asks as I give him a worried look.

As we grab the box and hurry, we find Jack out on the porch. We give him the box as he looks up at us with a confused look.

When he opens it he immediately stops his movements. "Is that you and mom, Jack?" Luke asks as Jonah gives us a confused but intrigued look as he leans on the porch railing with his arms crossed over his chest.

Jack sighs and closes the box, "This is me and Jane but I don't know why your mother would have a box dedicated to me and Jane. That's a little strange." Jack said as he opened the box again and rummaged through it.

Me, Luke, and Jonah exchange a look as Jack stops looking through the box and speaks again, "All this stuff is either mine or Jane's. I don't understand why Andrea's mom would have our stuff. Perhaps she wanted to keep tabs on us or something but that still wouldn't explain why she has our wedding pictures and pictures of my kids." Jack says as he pulls out a picture of Jake when he was 17. At least he was smiling in that picture. He looked nice.

As Jack pulls out another picture and hands it to me, I look at Luke with a smile and show him the picture, he laughs and takes the picture out of my hands and shows Jonah, which makes Jonah scoff. "I can't believe mom didn't get onto us for that one." Jonah says laughing.

As Jonah hands the picture back to Jack, Jack pulls out a picture of Lizzy and shows it to him. "Hey, Amber was in this too." Jonah says as he hands the picture back to Jack.

I've never seen Jack smile until he pulled out his wedding pictures with Jane. He looked so happy with her.  Suddenly I pull out a picture and get confused, "Hey, why am I, Mary, and Amber in this one? Me and Mary didn't even know the guys back then." I ask as Jack takes a look at the picture and smiles, "You did know eachother when you were kids though. Remember when you would go on field trips to Dark Fields? You would see each other in the halls all the time." I do remember seeing them in the halls. Our class would line up in the hall and I would see Luke and Jonah with Jasper and Jake as they got to their classes in the morning. We had to visit once a week for this stupid kids program. But I won't complain, I got free candy out of it. What kid doesn't like free candy?- well they shouldn't like it if it comes from a creeper van but still...in safe situations, what kid wouldn't like free candy?
