The Potters along with Remus and Sirius would be traveling back to Potter manor for the holidays. Harry of course didn't tell them that he was staying as he was sure he would be yelled at and beat then told he had to return to the manor for the holidays. Harry wasn't expecting any gifts just like every year he could remember he hadn't got a single gift. He was always beat and then told he was a badperson so he didn't deserve a gift. Minnie and Filius was thrilled that their little nephew was staying they could then give him the gifts without his family thinking it odd. Both Cedric and Nevelle had plans to give Harry something. Harry had given both Nevelle and Cedric their gifts before they left. He had gotten something for his aunt and uncle.
Harry woke on Christmas morning to presents being at the foot of his bed. Just seeing the presents made him cry. He opened the gifts he loved all of them. He would tell his aunt and uncle thank you when he saw them and he would send a school owl with a thank you note to his two friends. He went down to the great hall to see perhaps his aunt and uncle was in there if not then he would go to their office. When he looked in the great hall he saw them. He walked up to them and hugged them then said thank you. They smiled at him and said your welcome. For Harry his best Christmas came to an end quicker then he wanted it to. After the holidays it was back into full swing. They would be studding for the end of year exams and then it would be summer break.
