Yuri's eyes twitched at the constant rings of her phone going off.
She lifted her head and rubbed her eyes only to realize she was still at the library. Checking her phone, she smacked her head after reading the spam of messages from her roommate with whom she was supposed to help with shopping.
Putting back the Manga she was reading into the shelf she took it from, she was about to leave the library when she abruptly came to a stop, sudden realization seeping through as she looked back and around the library to find no signs of the boy who had accompanied her.

Yuri's POV
"Where were you Kang Yuri?"
I was currently sprawled on my bed as my roommate glared at me with his arms folded.
"I am sorryyy, Jisungie. I went to the library as usual and I accidentally fell asleep while reading."
Jisung's eyebrows pulled down together as he tried not to lose his shit.
"You acCidENtALLy fell asleep on the day you were supposed to help me with shopping? Yuri, summer break is ending this week!"
A snicker escaped me at Jisung's outburst, and I sat upright as the said latter scoffed in disbelief.
"Are you seriously laughing right no-"
"Yah, how many blind dates have you been to this month?"
He shut his mouth at that. Offended, he was about to speak up as I interrupted him again, this time squishing his cute bread cheeks as I spoke with a pout.
"See, no matter how much shopping you do, no one's gonna date you when you look like this."
His eyes widened in disbelief as I jumped away from him laughing before he could lunge at me.

"Han-ah,"
Both of them were currently doing their assignments together, their little catfight long forgotten. The blue light radiating off his laptop screen shone on Jisung's face as he looked at it with tired eyes and furrowed eyebrows, meanwhile I was trying to solve Calculus on a notebook with a pen between my teeth. Jisung responded with a slow 'hmmm?', not taking his eyes off the screen.
"There was a....boy I met today."
Jisung looked up from his screen immediately as he was excitedly about to say something before I cut him off.
"No, I am not hooking you up, Jisung."
The black haired male rolled his eyes at that.
"Yah, first of all, I am not that desperate to consider dating every guy on the planet. Second of all, LET ME BREATHE I HAVE BEEN SINGLE SINCE THREE YEARS, I JUST WANNA DATE A NICE GUY AND BRING SOME COLOUR TO MY MONOTONE LIF-"
Han Jisung's whiny outbursts are the one of the few things in my life that never fail to brighten my day.
"Man, I just love pulling your leg so much."
I laughed as I beat the table and Jisung himself couldn't help but break out in a smile.
"Okay, jokes aside. So, what about him?"
"Not much," Pursuing my lips as I continued. "He was... really nice. I met him in the bus and we somehow ended up going to the library together and that's it. After that I fell asleep while watching him sle- um yeah. When I woke up he was gone."
The corner of Jisung's mouth rose as he evil-smiled. "Pardon me, Ma'am. But did I just hear you say you were watching him sleep?"
I looked away as heat rose up to my cheeks, and I exclaimed "Yah, why are you making it sound as if I was drooling over him?!"
He threw his hands in the air, a cheeky smile drawn over his features. "Your words, not mine."
I shot a glare at him seeing as he was enjoying this too much.
"Did you take his contact?"
"Dude, how can I just take his contact like that, I just met him!"
"Jeez, you could go to the library with someone you just met but couldn't take his contact. Nice." Jisung spoke while especially finger-quoting the 'someone you just met' part.
He was right. Even if asking his number felt awkward, I could have asked his social media contact. But I was too preoccupied staring at his angelic self that taking his contact didn't cross my mind and there's no way I would tell that to Jisung, so I just silently scribbled on the paper.
"Assuming you don't have any clue where he lives in too, please tell me you at least know his name."
My eyes widened at that. Why didn't I ask him that?? We literally sat in the same table?!
Jisung flicked my forehead as I let out a pained yelp. "Great. I got excited for nothing. I am going to sleep. Good night."
"We aren't going to meet again anyways." I murmured.
He shrugged his shoulders at that, shutting his laptop before crawling up his bed and drifted off to dreamland.
Chuckling at him sleeping within minutes, I closed my books shut before doing my night routine and went to sleep.
