“And that’s the difference between differential calculus and integral calculus. I want each and every one of you to complete the exercises on case study 143. That’s it for today. Class dismissed.”

Cue for me to leave.

Oh, about that eye contact? I looked away as soon as it happened.

Betting on the dead housefly I buried few months ago that he noticed that I was trying to avoid him.

I do feel guilty about it. But it’s still better than having girls peering at me like I’m their prey they are tryna eat alive. After that eye contact, Mrs. Kim, our math teacher had silenced us as our prior chit chat didn’t go unnoticed.

I was thankful for that though.

I grabbed my books as I stood up from my seat and left the class, and it was quite obvious that I was desperately waiting for that moment.

But what was worse was that I was the only one who left.

Because the next class was Chemistry.

Remember when I said Jisung’s class (Felix's too now) and mine often sit together in their class for math and science?

Yeah, I am doomed.

Groaning in the hallway, I had no option but to bunk the class because no way in hell am I going to go back in there, it would be more embarrassing than the time I walked in on butt-naked Jisung.

I only saw his butt though, don't worry.

I am sure those four didn’t stop me because they thought I needed some space to process.

Call me dramatic, but I don't do well with male interactions.

Sighing, I walked out of the school as I sat on one of the benches under a tree in the schoolyard. I looked around, seeing a group of boys playing basketball in the school field at a distance, while some students walked around with their friends. Sitting alone wasn’t really the best thing to do at this situation because I unintentionally gave my mind the chance to vent all it wants to.

He doesn’t know why I am doing this.

What if he thinks I am being dramatic?

Jeez, I really ruined the impression, didn’t I?

Shit, he must be thinking how weird I am.

I did act weird. Even I would find myself weird if I was in his shoes.

AAH, leaving the class made it worse!

Screw you Yuri for forgetting about Chemistry.

Letting out a frustrated groan, I stood up and jogged towards my empty class, making up an excuse beforehand in case I bump into any teacher who'll catch me bunking classes.

‘My stomach was hurting’

Entering my empty classroom, I dragged my feet towards my seat before plopping down and resting my head on the table.

I can’t wait for this day to come to an end.

“Aigoo, Yuri’s finally back to having boy issues.”

“Shut up.” I deadpanned.

Jisung snickered while Jeongin put a hand over his mouth as he was trying to not let his laughter escape. Seungmin lightly smacked them on the back of their heads before sitting beside me.

“Yuri-ah, don’t worry about it! I am sure that yellow head won’t think much about it. Plus, Lia covered up for you and told the teacher that you had a stomach ache. Jeongin enlightened me about the whole thing and he seems to have a friendly personality. So chill, you don’t seem like a creep in his eyes.”

I love this guy so much.

Those words were exactly what I needed to hear.

All of them knew why I was behaving like that, as they knew what happens when you get involved with a flower boy.

Lifting my head off the table, I smiled at him before glaring at the two idiots who were still smiling at my misery.

“Done!” Lia exclaimed before lifting her notebook towards me. “I completed the homework the Chemistry teacher assigned us today, so you can take this home to write down the chemistry notes we did in class!”

I looked up at her with googly eyes as I grinned “I can’t imagine how miserable of a life people are living who don’t have a friend like you.” Lia laughed at that. “Jeez, Yuri they are just notes."

I still stared at her goofily with heart eyes.

"Aish, look away! Also, check my homework for me whether they’re correct or not while doing it.”

”Yeah, sure. Thanks!”

~~~~~~~~
“Quite a fun day, I must say.” Jeongin stated cheekily and I pinched his ear, threatening to twist it. Lia laughed at his remark while Jisung and Seungmin were talking about something. I think I heard them mentioning Jeongin but I didn’t pay much attention.
As I was too nervous thinking Felix might be there.
We were on our way towards the lunch hall, as students flooded out of their classrooms, desperate to get a break from all the tiring lectures and to freely chit chat with their friends while having lunch.
Upon reaching the noisy hellhole, we sat down at our usual spot while Jisung and Seungmin went to bring food for all of us. It was a thing among us, that two of us will bring food for everyone, doesn’t matter who.
“And the plastic bitch is here.”
I chuckled at Lia’s remark, as Jeongin and I turned our heads towards her line of vision, the entrance of the lunch hall, our smiles turning bitter as soon as she came into view.
