Chapter 18

After laughing throughout a whole horror movie (who knew everyone shared the same crackhead energy) we decided to head to the terrace. Popping off our soda cans before clinking them together, we cheered before chugging it down. Little light bulbs aligned above our heads as they glowed against the nightlight.

Minho spoke up. "I know we just met, but it feels like I've known you guys since forever."

Felix smiled as he nodded, agreeing with him. Warmth was spread in the atmosphere, and we all simply stared at the city lights flickering in the distance as we smiled. "I feel the same."

Seungmin agreed along. I nodded.

"Me too."

"Me three."

"Me four."

All of us chuckled at that before Lia turned her heard towards the blondie in the room.

"Felix, I am assuming you had found Yuri during lunch break yesterday judging by the very red expression she had come in class with?"

Not gonna lie, I felt like shoving her off the terrace right then and there.

But that thought didn't hit me as much as the confusion did.

Found me?

Felix coughed before laughing nervously. "Haha I guess I did?"

His guesses are so suspicious.

"What do you mean by fou-"

"DAMN would you look at the moon tonight?! It's shining!" Felix shouted out of the blue.

I blinked twice.

Jeongin's eyes searched through the night sky. "Am I the only one who has gone blind or something?"

Minho sneered. "Felix, there is no moon tonight."

"Oh HAHA I guess I wanted to prank you guys." He scratched the back of his neck awkwardly as his cheeks glowed a bright shade of red.

He is guessing a lot today.

Felix and Minho decided to leave as Minho still had lot of organizing work left to do.

"Come back again some time. Tonight was fun!" Lia smiled at the two as they were about to leave. "How about at my place next time?" Minho smiled at us before looking at Jisung.

I am literally in the middle of a kdrama scene.

"Yeah sure! Why not?" Jisung laughed.

I hope he knows that even if he's trying to play it cool his red ears are exposing him. Jeongin snickered, noticing his cool façade.

"Yuri?"

All my squeal-y thoughts over Minho and Jisung shoved themselves out of the window.

Why is it different when he calls my name.

"Yeah?" I looked at him.

More like looked up at him.

His freckles never fail to catch my gaze.

He just stared at me for a moment and it looked like he was thinking if he should say it or not. He shook his head, before smiling. "Good night."

And boy, did it sent tingles against my whole form.

Plus intense curiousity.

I stared at him agape for a moment before uttering the same to him and they left after bidding everyone goodbye.

"What the heck was that?" Jisung squealed as he lightly punched my shoulder.

I turned to him with a smirk. "You think we didn't notice the electricity that was buzzing in the air between you and Minho?"

He blushed furiously before looking away. "Yah, I just met him."

I burst out laughing, hammering the table with my fist as I did so.

"Han Jisung, did you feel that? The déjà vu that kicked in right now? Let me remind you. That's the same thing I told you the day I told you about Felix and that 'I just met him' and you teased the hell out of me. You feel the pain I felt? What a sweet time for revenge!" I smirked in victory while he rolled his eyes.

Seungmin laughed as Jisung walked away. It was obvious he was trying to hide away from the teasing. Jeongin and Lia entered the living room with as many blankets and pillows their hands could carry.

"Let’s drift off to fantasy island baby."
