"Felix?" I breathed out.

"Should I shoot you?" Felix whispered playfully, his eyes bore into mine while his gun hung from his free hand.

I felt my legs about to give away everytime his fresh breath hit my lips. The soft strands of his hair that tickled my forehead weren't helping either.

"I don't remember seeing any gameplay where players fight by trapping their opponent against the wall and asking for consent." I stated boldly as I looked back at him, trying to read him.

At that moment I realized there is so much between us but at the same time there wasn't.

I realized ignoring the feelings I grew for him although I tried not to, grew beyond my grasp.

I was sure he felt it too.

"Why are you ignoring my feelings?" He exhaled.

My eyes travelled to his lips.

Were they always this plump?

I forced my eyes away from them as they returned to look into his, then I found him staring at my lips.

"I am ignoring mine." I admitted, looking away from his coffee brown orbs that flickered across my eyes.

"Why?" His eyebrows furrowed and a frown took over his features.

"I-"

A loud 'splash' broke us out of our bubble and Felix flinched at the impact, instantly turning around and I peeked from behind him.

"In the middle of paintball war? For real? You guys wild." Minho stood with his hands on his hips, shaking his head in disappointment.

I don't know why I felt like a child who was about to get grounded soon.

"Wait she's not shot yet?!" Minho gasped as he noticed me trying to reach my gun with my leg while protecting myself from him by using Felix as a shield.

I froze, my reaction proved his assumption to be correct, and he instantly speeded towards us to attack me. Amidst the heat of the intense sudden battle between us, I managed to grab the gun Felix was holding and immediately pulled the trigger towards Minho.

Splash!

"Yah! This is not fair!" Minho whined, dropping his gun in defeat.

"Did I win did I win?!" I squealed, jumping in victory.

"I think you did." Minho scowled.

"WOOHO-"

'Splash!'

I let out a screech of surprise as I jumped at the impact, my clothes drenching throughout.

"What the actual heck?!" I shouted, completely dumbfounded as I stared at Jisung and Minho who high-fived each other and seemed to celebrate success.

"How does it feel to be a loser?" Jisung asked like a typical paparazzi, holding a non-existent mic towards me.

"You guys planned this beforehand?! Jisung we are the ones in the same team!" Felix asked, baffled to the core.

They were back to wheezing their lungs out, and Minho spoke between laughing.

"There wasn't a specific plan, but we did form an alliance between us last night to somehow help each in getting first place because we knew there will be a prize, and also," Minho stopped for a moment, both him and Jisung raising a fist in the air in unison, dramatically slow.

"We are ready to do anything, for free snacks."

"I was so close to winning!" I hollered, although I was unable to hold back a smile.

These idiots are unbelievable.

Jisung pushed out his chest, chin high. "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you when we will distribute the snacks."

I could feel my braincells committing suicide one by one.

"Shut up."
