I can't help but keep thinking though will it be tomorrow we finally do it? I mean I wouldn't mind if it was tomorrow actually. I have been waiting. I pull out tiny mirror and look at my face and hair in the mirror before ring his doorbell.
I'm not actually that bad actually. I put the mirror away and finally ring his doorbell. I waited for someone to come and open the door.
"Daniel?" I call him. The person I was hoping to answer the door isn't who I thought it was.
"What are you doing here?"
"What are you doing here?" Daniel asked me the same thing I just asked him.
"Jade." Drew came and grabbed pulling me inside next to him.
"Wait so you two made up?" I asked them. They both look really quiet and awkward after I asked that question.
"Aw you guys I knew you could do it." I hugged them both at them at the same time. This is actually exciting. I'm so glad they put their differences aside and became friends again.
"You can let go now," Daniel says. When I did I noticed something else on Daniel face. His face is pretty bad looking unlike Drew's face this morning.
"How much did you two fight?"
I don't know why this couldn't just be a simple make up between them two. They always fighting for some reason.
"It's fine, he'll be okay." Drew says pulling me close to him with one of his arms around me. I sense there's an evil smile behind when I look at Drew. I know for sure his enjoying this right now.
"This is just so weird for me." Daniel end up saying instead of answering my question.
"Weird like how? Like this?" Drew ask bending down and kiss me on the lips so Daniel could see. It was a quick kiss on the lips but Daniel looks like his holding it when he really wants to do something right now. I can see him taken in a deep breath.
"This is never going to be normal for me, it still doesn't work out in my mind. Drew there are still more people out there for you."
I am not okay with what he just said. I end up punching the side of his arms. His so rude and not considerate right now.
"Shush," I tell him. Drew end up laughing Daniel. Drew being in such a good mood today is making me feel good right now. I know it hasn't been so great for him the past few days.
"So why are you here?" Daniel ask pointing at me.
"I invited her." Drew answered that question for me.
"Right I forgot, this is so weird I have to leave." Daniel grabbed his car keys making his way out the door.
"Hey Daniel?" I call him before making his way out completely.
"Yes," he answered that in such an annoyed tone in his voice.
"Thank you."
I'm actually really thankful for that. It would of been so hard not being with Drew. Daniel agreeing to means so much not just to me but to Drew also. I know he missed his best friend.
