Clutching her hands on the leather jacket of his, Herin's eyes shaked while she timidly sat on the bike.
It was her first time sitting on a motorbike.
Renjun glanced behind his shoulders, seeing Herin's figure fearfully seated as she kept gazing down and sideways.
A low smirk pulling up, he twisted the key to the on position. Firing up as a loud roar escaped his bike- Scaring The already mousy Herin.
Her heart increased at the sudden loudness echoing in the ally, Her hands automatically tightened their grip on his jacket.
Renjun let out a chuckle and took off.
--
"The second one from here."
He turned his bike to where Herin was directing. Racing low and slow as it was exceedingly quiet in her neighbourhood.
Renjun halted the bike infront of her house, eyes shifting behind to Herin, watching her get off.
His right hand on the throttle, he faced her.
Herin dusted off her skirt and hoddie.
Clearing away the flowing hair of hers that covered her face, she let out a large breath.
Eyes falling down on his bike that she just came on."Liked the ride?"
Renjun asked,
"Very much!"Her head rapidly nodded like a child.
Eyes shinning brightly as her smile widened. She craved to go to many places on the bike.Renjun rolled his eyes at her callowness.
"Good, Now go. I'm tired."Herin gave him a beauteous smile, about to leave when a question invaded her mind.
She looked at his weary eyes, hesitant to open her mouth.
"Are we...Friends now?"Renjun let out a worn out sigh, exhausted from her.
Anticipated Herin, placed her hand on the brake lever of his bike. Her eyes boring with expectations.Renjun clicked his tounge,
"Whatever."She gasped inaudibly, biting her tounge in order to let her happiness in and not squeak loudly.
Palms clapping in silence, her lips grazed a toothy smile.
Annoyed Renjun, who had a grasp on the throttle, Twisted it. Letting out a loud deafening sound through out the street as his exhaust pipe went off.
Herin flinched at the noise. Audibly gasping with fear and clutching her chest, she peered at Renjun as he smirked.
"Don't do that!"
She lightly slapped his shoulder.
Only to get a glare in return, Herin retracted her hand. Mumbling a sorry."Go already, I wanna leave."
His tone was deep and filled with drowsiness."Okay, drive home safely- See you tomorrow."
"Yeah Yeah."Herin stopped in her tracks and glanced back at him as he was situated there, watching her go in.
She smiled, "Goodnight.""Goodnight darling."
