"So, what are we having for dinner?" James asked, plopping down on the couch after handing Gwen a bottle of wine that he had brought from the Potter wine collection.
Sirius, who was standing in the kitchen, looked down at the kitchen table and read off a recipe from the recipe book that Mrs. Lupin had given him and Gwen when they had moved into their flat. "Chicken tagine, rice, and some bread."
"You're baking bread?" Peter asked, leaning against the doorway.
"God, no," Gwen said as she uncorked the bottle of wine, which was white. She poured into the wine glasses. "We went to the bakery down the street."
"What's for dessert?" Lena asked, inspecting the pictures on the wall that Gwen and Sirius had hung up. They mostly consisted of friends from school, more of Sirius' friends than Gwen's. The Lupin, Pettigrew, and Potter families graced the walls. To Lena's delight, there was a picture of Regulus and Sirius on the wall. She'd have to tell Regulus when she saw him at Layla's.
