Chapter fifty-Three: A christmas to never forget

Phoenix and Sirius snuck back into grimmauld while the others were going about there business but Phoenix and Sirius had a better idea in mind. Sirius waved his wand and hexed snowballs to follow him while Phoenix went upstairs quietly with her bucket of snowballs, she placed the bucket down at the top of the stairs and heard Remus and molly yelling from downstairs.

"It's game time" Phoenix smiled as she snuck up quietly at Ron's door and saw Harry, Ron and Hermoine all talking away looking stressed out. Phoenix chucked a snowball right at Ron and Hermoine screamed

"PHOENIX!!" Ron shouted while Harry and Hermoine laughed but then Harry and Hermoine were hit in the head with two more. Phoenix laughed and busted through the twins door and threw snowballs right at them.

"OI!!!" Fred and George shouted in union Phoenix flipped them off and went running back to the bucket while Ron, Harry and Hermoine followed as they started to hear the yelling and laughing downstairs. Fred and George looked at each other and smirked

"SNOWBALL FIGHT!!!" Fred And George shouted

Phoenix went running downstairs and saw the hallway and smoking room covered in snow while molly, Remus and Sirius were all throwing snowballs Phoenix threw one at Sirius but was quickly hit by Ron and Harry at the top of the stairs while Fred and George pushed passed and came running down the stairs. Phoenix grabbed another snowball and went running into the kitchen George ran into the smoking room and started attacking his mother while Hermoine and Harry ganged up on Ron and went after him. Fred went running into the kitchen and looked around for Phoenix as she was smart enough to hid in the pantry when Fred wasn't looking Phoenix poked her head out and went running out of the kitchen, as she ran out she nailed George and Remus in the head and slide through the snow and grabbed another snowball. Fred came running out once he heard Phoenix laughing and smirked as he walked closer to her

"Hello love" Fred smirked

"Fredrick it's always a pleasure" Phoenix smirked as she nailed Fred in the forehead and went running into the smoking room Sirius and molly ambushed Phoenix and Fred grabbed her from behind and smooshed a snowball in her face before giving her a sloppy kiss on the cheek. After everyone was covered in snow and cold molly made hot chocolate and ketcher gave Sirius heck for tracking so much snow into the house.

"I have to say" Fred chuckled over to Sirius and Phoenix

"That was pretty impressive" George chuckled Sirius smiled and high five Phoenix

"That was just many of the pranks I used to do in hogwarts say moe remember that one time James and I set dung bombs off in the hospital wing" Sirius laughed molly laughed and sat down with the rest of the kids. Phoenix chuckled softly Sirius winked at Phoenix when suddenly they heard the door open Phoenix turned her attention as the kitchen door opened and her face dropped when she saw her dad standing there with a weak smile on his face as Molly greeted him with a hug Fred and the others saw the look on Phoenix's face since she hasn't heard from her father in months and now all of a sudden he comes back

"Phoenix" Amos said softly seeing how much his daughter had grown but Phoenix had nothing to say to him so she excused herself from the table and went upstairs. Amos sighed before sitting down at the table and Molly fixed him some tea before sending the rest of the kids upstairs.

"She'll come around you know it's been hard for her" Molly said sitting down next to Amos

"I know moe I just didn't think she was still mad" Amos said but before Molly could speak Sirius walked into the room and Amos stood up from his chair as the tension in the room grew

"The bloody hell is he doing here?" Sirius asked angrily

"I'm here to see my daughter" Amos seethed Sirius laughed as he shook his head pacing back and forth in the kitchen
