So I started teen wolf meaning NO SPOILERS bc I'm just starting season 4 as of July 31st 2021 anyway let's jump on in

"Lydia, babe, I promise I'm fine." You told your girlfriend for the sixth time that night as she sat next to the hospital bed

"But you're in here because of me." She blamed herself

"No. I'm not gonna let you blame yourself for something our psycho teacher did." You told her holding her hand

"Thank you, for, uh, for saving me." She said in a whisper. You looked at her and scooted over in the bed so she could lay next to you. As she was situating herself you took of your necklace. When she was comfortable next to you you put your arm around her shoulder and pulled her close.

"I want you to have this." She was about to open her mouth knowing how much the necklace meant to you. "Before you say anything I just want you to listen. You are my best friend, my girlfriend and basically already family. I will love you until I stop breathing. And since I love you I will protect you. Not because I need to, but because I want to. Currently I don't have a promise ring so I'm going to give you a promise necklace." You started as you put the necklace around her neck "Lydia Martin, I promise, that I will love you and protect you. I promise, that I will cherish every moment I have with you and hold it close in my heart. I promise, I will never make a stupid mistake that hurts you in a mental or physical way." You finished as you pulled her back towards you. You kissed her head as she looked at the necklace

"Are you sure you want me to have this?" She asked looking back at you

"I've never been more sure in my life." You said pecking her on the lips.

"I love you, too." She said before she turned her head back around and held onto you for dear life. You started humming, something you did to try and calm Lydia to sleep. When she was sitting next to your bed you saw the big bags under her eyes. Soon her eyes were shut and her breathing steadied, you smiled at how lucky you got with the girl laying in the bed with you.
