𝚂𝚝𝚎𝚟𝚎 𝙷𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚝𝚘𝚗 𝚇 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛

You'd been stuck in the upside down for almost 2 years. You'd learn to survive in the new habitat and didn't plan on dying anytime soon. Obviously you missed your friends. You missed how Dustin, your little brother, and his would always be overprotective over you even if they were too young to do anything. You missed having girls night with Nancy and helping Johnathan with his pictures. You missed not having to worry about what creature is behind the bushes. As you were setting up your camp for the night you heard screaming. Screaming? As far as you know you're the only one in the upside down. As you walked out of the trees you saw a group of people you never thought you'd see together. Nancy Wheeler, Robin Buckley, Eddie 'The Freak' Munson, and Steve Harrington. That was someone else you missed. Steve was your boyfriend at the time when you'd got stuck in the upside down. Once you got out of your daze and realized Steve was being attacked by one of the upside downs strange species you pulled out your bow and arrow and started taking them out one by one. Once you'd killed the last one you walked out of the bushes and met the group where they stood. "Hi." You said

"Y/n I-I thought you were- but I could've sworn-." Nancy spoke first

"No I'm not dead I'm really here." You said and Nancy wrapped you in a hug that you gladly returned.

"That's y/n? I thought you said she was dead." Robin whispered to Steve

"I thought she was. Last I saw her was when this all started. She went missing and then after I actually got involved Dustin told me what happened." He said and then when you let go of Nancy you locked eyes. Nancy walked towards him and then nudged him your way.

"Hey." You said

"Hey." He replied and you both just kinda stood there. I mean how are you supposed to just jump into a conversation with a guy you haven't seen in two years especially after he attended your funeral.

"I'm sorry." Your said first

"For?" He asked confused

"Last we saw each other we were in a fight. I thought you were gonna leave me for Nancy and got so jealous that we had this huge fight and we left off that way and it's been eating at me forever because I haven't been able to apologize and-" he cut you off by catching you lips with his. You gladly returned the kiss as your hand glided to the back of his neck and your other had landed on his shoulder. But then you had to pull away.

"Best way to shut you up is to kiss you." He joked and you slapped him on his shoulder. Then you noticed more of the creatures were coming towards you all so you fled away until Nancy said she had guns in her closet at her house. And since the upside down is a complete copy of the real world, minus people, they should be in her closet now. But once they arrived at the house they soon found out everything is from 2 years ago. But you all we able to figure out how to talk to Dustin, Lucas, and whoever else might be on the other side. Then you all figured you had to go back to Eddie's house and once you got there, there was a portal to the actual world. The world where there weren't specks of skin or what ever was in the air, where there wasn't weird creatures wandering around, a world where it wasn't constantly dark, a world with your brother.

"Dustin!" You shouted looking up

"Y/n?!? I thought you were dead?" He said as he tied a rope to pull you all back

"Can't get rid of me that easily." You laughed and once the rope was up and somehow just floating between two realities people started going back. First Robin, then Eddie, next Nancy, then you were up. You climbed up the rope but instead of falling onto a mattress you fell into a pool. Barb. You'd blamed yourself for her death in the upside down because you could've killed the damn demogorgon but it had already injured you enough and you couldn't save her. "Weak little Y/n, couldn't save one person, huh?" Barb said as she walked closer to you. "I'm sorry! I tried my best!" You said to her as you backed away until your back hit the deep end wall. "Oh, come on. Don't lie. You wanted me to die! You wanted to be Nancy's bff but I was in your way! So when you saw a chance to get rid of me you took it!" It's not real. It's not real! You told yourself as you climbed out of the pool and ran into the woods. Then you were in a weird house that was all over the place, literally.

"You've been a good fighter, y/n." A deep voice said "But let me show you what you've been fighting."

"Y/n! Y/n!" Steve shouted as he kept shaking you

"What's her favorite song?" Max asked

"House Of The Rising Sun!" Steve and Dustin yelled

"I have that! But I lost it a while ago." Eddie said, his voice lowering as he said the second part

"Well, stop standing here and start searching." Max said

"HURRY!" Steve yelled at them and they ran around the house searching for the tape

"Come on baby, just wake up."
