There was a siren in beacon hills. Of course no one knew about the siren except for Scott McCall, Stiles Stilinski, Lydia Martin, Allison Argent and Issac Lahey. "The only way we can kill it it's with music." Stiles said to the pack

"Music?" Scott repeated

"Yeah, it says that's how the siren lures it's victims into it lair, or whatever, then kills their victim with their voice. And it also says the only way to kill it is if someone sings the really old song." Allison read

"Problem; none of us can sing." Issac pointed out

"I know someone who can." Lydia piped up

"Who?"

You grabbed a couple note books out of your locker for your next class. When you closed the locker you saw your long time crush on the other side, Lydia Martin. "Lydia, hi." You smiled trying not to blush

"I need a favor." She said

"What is it?"

"We're having this party and we need you to sing at it." When the word sing came out of her mouth your face almost went white

"Uh, sorry Lydia I don't do the whole singing thing anymore." You said trying not to freak out

"But your really good. Why'd you stop?" She asked

"Um, I don't know, I just don't like it anymore, I got to go class is starting." You said running off. You completely lied to her, yes you stopped singing, but that was because last time you did some random dude kept following you. Back at your locker Scott and stiles came over to Lydia.

"She lied about why she stopped singing." Scott said

"Why would she lie about singing?" Lydia questioned wondering where you went, she didn't know why but she wanted to run after you to see if you were okay.

"Maybe she's the siren." Stiles suggested

"No, it's not her. It can't be." Lydia said

"I've got to get to class I have a test, I'll see you guys later." Stiles said as he ran off. Lydia was about to head to class but Scott stopped her.

"Y/n likes you." He said

"What?"

"When she saw you her heartbeat quickened and when she lied it just got faster, but she likes you."

You walked into the band room and set you bag next to the piano. You waited until no one was in the school, not wanting a repeat of last time you sang. You started pressing the keys on the piano creating a nice melody as you sang to the tune. Then you heard the band room door open, once you turned to see who it was you saw Lydia. "Lydia, what are you doing here?" You asked

"I, uh, I left my phone in here." She said, it wasn't a total lie, she did leave it in here but it was on purpose. She had it to record everything so that when they listened back they could see if you were the siren. "I thought you stopped singing."

"Can I talk to you?" You asked as she grabbed her phone

"Yeah, sure." She sat in a chair near you

"I'm gonna sound crazy, but you have to believe me. Last time I sang some guy heard me and he followed me around for a whole week. I kept trying to get away from him but he would still show up. Like, if I drove from here to my house he would be there before me." You said

"Woah." Lydia was speechless, you were a siren, but not the one the pack was looking for. "Has this happened before?"

"No, just that one time. That's why I waited until everyone was out of the building. You can't tell anyone Lydia, please?" You asked

"I won't, I promise. Your secret is safe with me." She smiled as you both stood up. You hugged her, she was shocked at the sudden affection but she wrapped her arms around you. You pulled away and just locked eyes. Neither of you noticed, but you were leaning in. Soon your lips touched, the kiss was sweet, passionate and lasted very long. Her hands got tangled in your hair as you picked her up and sat her on the piano trying to even out the height difference. Soon you both pulled away smiling.

"I've waited to do that since 7th grade."
