Walking up to the McRaven Mansion you kept smacking your arms to kill the misquotes. "What's up guys it's Sam and Colby!" Colby did the intro.

"We are here with Todd, Brett and y/n. Now, y/n has been on investigations with us before, but have you two ever done anything haunted before?" Sam asked the two guests as you kept killing the mosquitoes.

"You okay?" Colby quietly asked so they didn't interrupt the intro.

"No, the freaking misquotes won't leave me alone." You said smacking another one. Colby quickly opened his backpack and pulled out some bug spray. He pulled you off to the side and sprayed any open skin then rubbed it in. "Thank you."

"Anytime, love." Colby said giving you a quick peck on the lips. No matter how many times he kissed you it always gave you butterflies. You joined back with the rest of the group and continued with the video.

Walking into Andrew Glasses room you felt off. There was no way to describe it, it just felt off. You were mostly zoned out tying to figure out what was wrong, but when the guide mentioned that he was a creep and even the women who worked here didn't feel comfortable in the room alone, you're stomach dropped. You've had you're fair share of creepy spirits, especially perv spirits, but this one was bad. Once again Colby notice how you were a little freaked and he held your hand for reassurance. Your relationship wasn't public yet and you were both fine with that, but the fans would probably catch on pretty fast. You calmed down and felt like you could breathe better, but as the tour in the room carried on you started to get a splitting headache. And you felt pressure on your lower back.

Once the tour was over the group went to go get some dinner before heading back for the invitation, but you couldn't shake the headache even after taking some advil. You decided to go back to the hotel room and not go back to the mansion. The boys dropped you off and you said goodbye to them and gave Colby a hug and a kiss bye. "Be safe. I mean it." You said very seriously

"I will love. Don't worry I'm a big strong man no ghost can scare me." He said flexing his arms

"Mhm. Just be safe. I love you."

"I love you too." He said and you kissed him bye and waved as they left.

As Colby was setting REM pod on Andrews chair he saw something shining below it. "Sam, shine that light right here." Once the light was on it Colby could see that it was a ring. He picked it up and recognized it as one of the matching rings he got for you and him. He double checked his hands and saw his resting on his left hand pointer finger and then he got a text from you. I can't find my ring. I think it came off in the car. So it was yours.

"What's wrong?" Sam asked

"This is y/n's ring." Colby held it up to the camera

"Did she drop it?" Todd asked

"No, cause she never came over here. She stayed by the door."

"You think he took it from her?"

"I mean, that'd be the only explanation."

They continued the investigation and Colby couldn't shake the bad feeling in his gut but he wanted to continue. Every chance he got he checked in on you. Once the investigation was over he packed up and they headed to the hotel, when Colby walked into your guys room he saw you in the bathroom throwing up in the toilet. He set his backpack down and walked into the bathroom, he pulled your hair back and rubbed your back. Soon you stopped and leaned against the tub next to the toilet. "How long have you been in here?" He asked

"20 minutes." You said a little above a whisper

"Wanna go lay in bed?"

"Please." You tried to stand up but Colby stopped you buy picking you up and carrying you to the bed. You we're already in your pajamas and Colby just threw on some sweatpants and took his shirt off. You laid your head on his chest and started tracing his tattoos. He lightly scratched your back and held you close with his other arm. "I'm sorry."

"What for?"

"For ruining tonight. It was supposed to be fun, but I got sick and had to leave."

"There's no need to apologize, darling. All I care about is that you're okay. You didn't ruin tonight. I honestly think I would've been more freaked out if you were there."

"Why?"

"Cause we found your ring in the back corner of Andrews room."

"I'm gonna sage and clean it when we get back to the house." You said causing Colby to chuckle. You laid there in a comfortable silence and soon you fell asleep with Colby scratching your back and he fell asleep soon after.
