Rebecca's POV
As soon as the car got the got here I jumped in it while I hear the paps take a million pictures. I have a feeling tomorrows online news will have a lot of bad shit about today in it.
"So anything I need to know before wee get their?" Mickey asked with a smile. I didn't answer for a few moments trying to think of all the things I should tell him before he got their.
"Well Melody is the one with a blue bow in her hair and Millie has a purple. Same with their penny boards. They are kinda smart for their age so they get home schooled. Gladly I can actually carry that on for a little bit before I have to worry about a tutor so yeah. I think that's all that's important." I said with a smile as he looked at me.
"Right so I'm guessing since the colour bows were important that they're identical so I know how to tell them apart, and how smart are they exactly?" He asked with a smile and I couldn't help but laugh a little.
"Yeah they are and well lets just say they are learning work meant for 14 year olds." I said this with a proud smile as I knew that it was all due to the fact that me and their mum would always make sure they learned something when they were off school. HE looked so shocked and amazed by that.
"Wow, I'm gonna look so stupid around them then." He laughed. I just smiled and shook my head.
"Their knowledge on academic things is amazing for their age, but their speech, social and other skills like that are just like every other 5 year old. That's why they were home schooled because they would have been bullied if they were in a class that fit their knowledge, but if they were in a class that fit their age they would get bored and lose intelligence in the end." I said with a smile. The rest of the car ride was just spent talking about the girls and the full reason why I was looking after them now. I knew I would have to say it again to the others but I felt so comfortable telling him and I guess I needed the practice.
When we got there I was first out of the car and was immediately engulfed in a hug by the two little monsters that I had loved ever since they were born.
"Beckey!!" They screamed as they ran towards me. I just smiled as I hugged them. I hadn't seen them in ages.
"Hey sweet peas." I said with a smile. As I looked at them I saw the tear stains on their cheeks so I knew that they knew what had happened and it broke my heart.
"Mommy's gone for good now isn't she?" Melody asked with sadness in her eyes. Millie just looked at me and I could tell they were close to tears for what looks like the second time today.
"No sweet pea, but she'll always be with you OK. As long as you still care about her she will never leave you." I smiled at them they both hugged me right away. "And hey, I'm never going to leave, I'm afraid your stuck with me for good now." I said this with a small smile as I saw Mickey come up beside me.
"Beckey, who's he?" Millie asked with a cute little curious smile. I couldn't help but giggle as Melody looked out from the crook of my neck to see who her sister was on about.
"Is that your boyfriend?" Melody said with a tiny little giggle. I just laughed as Mickey came down beside me.
"I wish, we're just friends. Your going to be spending a lot of time with me and my band mates now since Beckey, here is on tour with us." He said this with a massive smile on my face and they both gave him a hug.
While they were getting to know each other I went to see Cathy how was working on the papers that I had to sign. We talked for a while as she had a lot to go over with me since I was just a signature away from basically becoming a mum. I wasn't worried about that as I've always been seen as a second mum to them, and I loved that fact. After a while of her making sure that I knew what I was getting into and that I could actually look after them properly. I signed the papers without a second thought and went back over to the others after saying goodbye to Cathy. I had got to know here over the few years that we knew that my aunt wasn't going to live for much longer and we had become good friends.
"Hey you lot what you up to?" I asked with a smile. The twins just looked at me with a smile and giggled.
"they were teaching me how to penny board, and I think I've actually got the hand of it." Mickey laughed with a stupidly proud smile on his face that was the definition of adorable, right after the two munchkins in front of me.
