You: Can we meet tonight? I want to talk about yesterday.

Dabi: Yeah, motel or somewhere else?

You: I have somewhere in mind. Meet me here: <address link>

Dabi: Time?

You: Is 9 ok for you?

Dabi: Yeah. See you then, little light.

You sigh in relief as you shut down your computer for the day. You had been thinking about the events of yesterday with the break-in and what happened. The guilt was still consuming you and he needed to know that you can't do things like that for him again. It was too much for you to handle. It was too hard to explain. It was too much of a risk. And you didn't want anything to further jeopardize your relationship together.

Hydra-Girl walks past your office and waves to you. You return the wave and get up from your desk. You grab your bag from the floor and walk out of the agency to your car. You sling your duffle into the backseat and climb into the driver's seat. The car starts and you make your way home. When you walk in, Fuyumi is smiling at you from the kitchen.

"Hey! I just ordered a pizza. I was thinking we could watch that new romantic comedy movie Kyoko was telling us about," she chirps, bouncing on her heels a little.

"Sure! Sounds like fun," you return her smile.

She nods as you walk into your bedroom. You take a quick shower and change into some black yoga pants and a loose t-shirt. The pizza is sitting on the counter when you return to the kitchen. You and Fuyumi take slices from the box and go sit on the couch. The entire time the movie is playing your thoughts keep drifting to Touya. You aren't sure what to say to him...or how to say it. All you know is you love him and if this is going to continue to work, you can't cover up for him in battle like that again. It would make everyone too suspicious.

The movie ends and Fuyumi coos at the screen fading to black. She looks at you with a sparkle in her eyes. You smile and nod. What you did catch of the movie was good. She gets up from the couch, grabbing both of your plates, and walks into the kitchen.

"That was great! I don't know about you," she yawns. You turn on the couch to face her. "But I'm pretty tired. It was a long day. I'm gonna grab a shower and head to bed."

You check the time on your phone and see that you have half an hour until you go meet with Dabi. You look back at her and stand up from the couch. "Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm actually going to see my boyfriend for a while," you grin at her.

She nods and starts towards her bedroom. "Have fun!" She shouts and closes the door behind her.

You grab your keys and pull on a light jacket to cut the chill in the outside air. The car starts and you make your way to the address you told him to meet you at. You pull up in the parking lot of the run-down convenience store and he's leaned against the brick of the building smoking a cigarette with his head down. The headlights cast his shadow on the wall. He peeks up and grins when he sees your car. He flicks the cigarette to the ground after taking one last drag and walks to the passenger side of the car.

"Hey there, gorgeous," Touya smiles at you as he climbs in and closes the door behind him.

You smile a little and let him kiss your cheek when he leans over to you. "Hey."

He sits back and pulls the hood off his head. "So I assume we're going somewhere from here?"

"Yeah, I have a great place in mind," you say softly and begin to drive off.

"Am I allowed to know this great place?" He chuckles.

You smile and grip the steering wheel. "Nope, it's a surprise."
