Chapter 3

Beth's POV:

"I'm off Noah!" I said putting my shoes on.

"Wait this early?" He asked frowning.

"Yeah we are gonna work from early till night so don't wait up. Most of the time we work to 3 am." I said taking my keys.

"Alright then. Take care!" He yelled from the kitchen.

"Will do." I said and jogged to my car.

Today would be our first day of writing for the next album. I will also see Perrie again today.

I feel bad. I have a feeling the break up is even harder on her. I have to focus on getting better and working. She didn't really have any fault. She's hurting because she trusted me to not hurt her.

I'm a fucking jerk.

I wonder how much her family hates me. To be honest I expected them calling me to give me a verbal warning.

But no none of the sorts.

I parked in front of our studio and sighed. This will definitely be interesting to watch. Our dynamic in the group now.

I pulled my key out of the ignition and stepped out. I locked the car and made my way upstairs.

My stomach turned and I felt sick. I can't do this. But I have to.

Hopefully none of them are here yet. I'm like 5 minutes early.

I opened the door and it was locked which made me sigh in relief. No one is here otherwise it would be unlocked.

I unlocked it with the key and stepped inside.

My jacket was very thin so I opted to not take it off. Instead I sat down on the table and took out my notebook and pen. I decided to wait till they arrive and played on my phone.

I put it away and massaged my head. I was really feeling sick but that doesn't matter.

In my purse I looked for my painkillers. I hate feeling poorly. Headaches and Stomach aches are the worst. I found them and swallowed one with water.

The door opened and in came Jesy with Leigh.

"Oh wow you are early." Jesy said.

I nodded not really being in the mood to speak.

"Are you alright? You're really pale." Leigh said.

"I'm fine. A little tired but fine." I said.

They nodded but I don't think they believed me. I think they just gave up trying to make me say stuff which saves us all loads of time.

The door opened once again and the most gorgeous woman I have ever seen stepped in.

She stepped in and greeted us all briefly.

Leigh and Jesy looked from her to me and shared a look I caught. It was a worried one.

Perrie took off her jacket and my breath caught in my throat. She is too much.

Since we aren't together anymore, I feel like we are starting all over again. But this time there is a certain vibe around us which makes this all not so enjoyable. We don't hate or dislike each other, but we can't be the kind of friends we used to be and we can't be together anymore.

It's all complicated and full of changes.

"And where is the last Geordie?" Asked Jesy looking at the time. She loves punctuality.

3 minutes later Jade stepped in, "I know I'm late. Sorry." She said taking off her jacket which was wet.

Great it started raining.
