Chapter 12

Perrie's POV:

I woke up to the alarm Beth set yesterday and I groaned. I just wanna sleep.

Beth was for once not immediately awake. I shut out the alarm and she didn't seem to be bothered by that noise at all. I smiled. I missed her and God, it felt good sleeping next to her again.

I decided to make coffee before I wake Beth up. I stretched and sighed. We will get back together, I'm sure of it.

I fixed us both our coffee since I memorised how Beth liked it immediately. I remember the first time I made it for her and she was surprised by it being perfect.

I went up to the couch and woke her up slowly.

"Beth." I said shaking her.

She groaned and sat up sleepily.

"Yeah?" She asked half asleep.

"I made coffee, and we need to go get ready." I said smiling.

"Okay." She said and then looked at me with her beautiful tired eyes opening them completely.

"Thanks." She said and drank the coffee slowly.

We set our alarm quite early so we don't need to rush. We enjoyed our coffee and afterwards went into different bathrooms and showered.

It was already like a routine, although she moved out, we still moved quickly and without ever forgetting anything.

Admittedly, after I lived here alone and had to do stuff completely myself I noticed even more than before the gravity of things Beth was for me. She did so many things and took so much weight of my shoulders. Plus she is a very organised person so after she left I most of the time forgot stuff when we travelled somewhere. God knows how many times I borrowed the girls charger.

I was ready and so was Beth. We went outside to her car and I was very content again. She always says I help her in so many ways, she doesn't know how many things she is to me. And she doesn't even understand why.

We drove off with the radio playing quietly in the background. The next song made both of us smile.

"Shout out to My Ex!" We sang along. We love hearing our songs play. It may seem like we are a little conceited, but it gives us a sense of pride.

We arrived at the venue on time and started doing our usual soundcheck. We did everything quite quickly so we started messing around.

We took the scooters that were around here and started a race.

"The showdown, between the Fashion Queen and Icon, Leigh-Anne Pinnock!" Jesy yelled in her host voice.

"And the craziest vocalist known to mankind, Perrie Edwards!" She continued.

I rolled my eyes and laughed, they all have amazing voices.

"Who will win, and have the pride to call themselves, the scooter race champion!" Beth joined in.

"You're going down!" I exclaimed in my competitive voice.

"Don't be a sore loser afterwards." Leigh said also competitive.

"On your marks, ready, set, go!" Jade joined in as well.

Me and Leigh started racing around a row of seats like crazy. We did an entire circle around the venue and finally in the end I got stuck on something.

"No!" I yelled immediately getting out.

Leigh in the end won.

"What did I tell you?" Leigh said proud and laughing happily.

"Oh it's just cause I got stuck on the silly chair!" I said, very much denying the fact that I lost.

"And the winner is... Leigh-Anne Pinnock!" Jesy said and put Leigh's arm up.

Leigh cheered and Jade and Beth clapped.

Afterwards we were interrupted and had to go get our make-up done.

Here we go again.

Today was our last concert for quite a while. After a few months we'll only have two more concerts in Asia and the Glory Days Tour will be wrapped.

This was our best tour yet. I loved every minute of it.

LM5 has already been written. Now we need to figure out the rest. I have a feeling fans will love it though.

Right now we are all getting dressed. We've pranked each other so many times on tour it's insane. With literally everything.

"Alright go smash it." Paul said after we had our huddle with the dancers.

Did I mention Leigh once burned her legs with a steamer?

Yeah accidents like that occured.

Poor Leigh. Jade and Beth were by her side the whole time. Jesy and I were as well but they slept over at her room and we couldn't because of the space.

We performed and the fans were going crazy. I still can't grasp the fact that this is my life.

After the concert finished we started a water fight. We bought water guns because... well there's not really a good reason. We saw them and wanted to annoy each other with them. Now every crew member has one and... it got messy.

Of course the girls and I helped clean up along with the crew, which also resulted in teasing but great fun.

The girls and I bid our goodbyes to each other since we had a break now. I didn't really plan much. Leigh will be going on a short vacation with Andre. Jesy will go with her siblings on vacation as well. Jade will go to South Shields and from there she'll go on vacation with only Karl and Leoni. It was their biggest wish and their parents finally agreed.

I wanted to go to my family's house but Jonnie is away on a work trip, Caitlin's away with friends, my dad is busy and me mam is on vacation with my aunt.

I could go on vacation but I'm not gonna go alone. That would be boring.

Beth is gonna stay here as well and I could hang out with her, but I really can't stop myself around her. It's so hard to not be affectionate like I used to.

She has been doing awesome. I don't know if she is ready though. I'll wait as long as I need to.

I sighed. I'm thinking too much. And I'm tired.

I drifted off to sleep happily since I don't have to wake up early tomorrow.

A/N: Guys I'm very sorry the chapters are so short and take so long. My school started again and it's a new school so I still need to find my way around.

Anyhow I'm very sorry but it's probably not gonna get any faster.😓
