Dottie made her way towards the living room with her coffee on her hand smiling widely as she sat down on the couch looking around "Good morning Miss Aimsworth" Anna greeted taking a seat next to Dottie "morning Anna" she greeted back happily making Anna look at her with a smile

"Someone's all smiley today" Dottie chuckled and looked back at her "just happy we have a week off, we finished the projects early" she answered taking a sip of her coffee as Anna nods in response "oh where's Howard?" she asked not seeing him in the lab when she went there

"I think Mr Stark went out earlier" Anna responds before they both turned to the door hearing it open "morning dear" Howard greeted walking towards them with a bouquet of roses making Dottie look at him with her eyebrows raised

Howard hands her the bouquet kissing her cheeks making her smile widely "what's this for" she asked before Howard sat next to her with his arms around her shoulder as Jarvis walked in with another bouquet on his hand handing it to Anna "just being gentelman Dottie" Howard answered looking at her

"And how many womens have you gave flowers to" Dottie asked. "Three but theirs were cheaper ones" he answered with a smirk making her roll her eyes with a smile

"You alright?" Dottie asked seeing Howard zoom out while they both sat on their seats outside in the garden or their "spot" as what Howard called it "Howard?" she called getting no response from him. She slams her hand down on the table gaining his attention making her chuckle

"what's running through that smart head of yours?" she asked only for him to shake his head with a smile before reading his newspaper. She took his newspaper from his hands and looked at him with raised eyebrows

Howard let's out a sigh and looks around as he answered "just... just missing my parents, it's been years since they passed away it feels like it just happened yesterday" he explained making Dottie's look softened feeling sad for him

"Howard I'm really sorry, I'm sure they're really proud of you though" Dottie smiled taking his hand on hers and rubbing the back of his hand earning a sad smile from him "I'm grateful on having you Dottie, I really am" Howard muttered making her smile widely and stood up from her seat

She walked behind him and wrapped her arms around him hugging him from behind as Howard placed his hand on her arm stroking it "You're the only one I got" he whispered "you'll always have me Howard" she answered as she placed a kiss on his cheeks and hugs him tightly

"Darling have you seen my-" Jarvis got cut off by Anna covering his mouth from speaking while his wife watch Dottie and Howard from the window inside the house "aren't they adorable" Anna asked smiling at the two before getting pulled into a side hug by Jarvis "I can watch them all day" Anna muttured making Jarvis chuckle
