Chapter 2: The bunny

*Kayla's POV*

I woke up wrapped in someone's arms. I quickly shot up and got my sweatshirt I think it was mine. He got up and laughed. "You look nice in my sweatshirt." I jumped and laughed. "Im hungry lets go." I said walking out the door.

"Aww wittle Kayla is wearing wittle Daniel's sweatshirt." Matt said teasing me. "I thought it was mine chill." I said and punched him. He slapped my arm. "YOU WANNA GO BOI" He backed away and I sat down.

I ate my cereal and went upstairs. "Kayla I have something for you." Matt came in with a little bunny in his hand. "Awe Matt it's so cute."

Once I got dressed I got my skateboard and went outside. I rode past the Skye's and saw them outside. I rode to Rushmore to get gum and Monster Energy. I rode to the park and saw Becca. "KAYLA." She ran into me and I fell. "Hey Becca."

"I'm sorry about that." Esther said. "Its fine don't worry about it." I got up and skated home. When I went past the Skye's house I ran into a person. "Sorry." I said and got up. "We gotta stop meeting like this."

I look up and see Daniel. "Yea." I said. "Wanna come in?" He said and made weird gestures. "Sure" I said and laughed. I walked in and saw Robert on the couch. "Daniels already dating the neighbor." I laughed. "no she bumped into me." he looked at me and handed me my skateboard.

"Then I guess I can date her then?" I looked at Daniel and his fist was clenched. "NO" I jumped because he yelled. "Ok ok bro I was kidding calm down." He went upstairs and Daniel dragged me to the couch. "Are you ok?" I asked taking a sip. "Yea fine." he said looking at me.

"Can you teach me how to ride?" He asked. I smiled and dragged him out the door. "Ok I have a ton so pick one." I said opening my garage. "Wow." he said picking my favorite one. "DONT TOUCH THAT ONE." I yelled and he picked a different one.

~One hour later~

We rode to Rushmore and got some candy. Then rode to the back of the elementary school. "So have any crushes?" I asked eating a Skittle. He looked at me and nodded. "Who?" I asked. "You." I looked at him and smiled.

"Kayla?" I looked over my shoulder and saw Bryan. "Ugh what." I said annoyed. "I'm really sorry." He said sitting next to me. "Whatever" I said grabbing Daniels hand and left.

We rode home and he came over my house. "Sorry about that." I said sitting on my bed. "Its fine." He said.

~Two hours later~

"My mom wants me home." he said and got up. "Ok." I hugged him and he kissed my cheek. "Uhh I'm so sorry." he said and walked out. I'm so confused.
