Chapter 34: Daniel's Birthday

*Kayla's POV*

I threw on my Mickey Mouse shirt and rolled up the sleeves a little, I put on my black skater skirt, black converse well a black converse since k have my boot on still. I straightened my hair and Matt came in my room. "You ready?" He asked. "Yep!" I said and saw Hayes went out with Jodie. We walked next door. "KAYLA!" Daniel yelled running up to me. "Happy birthday babe!" I said and hugged him. "Thank you beautiful." he smiled. "Come in." he said. He wrapped his arm around my waist and kissed my cheek. "Im so so so sorry about last night I didn't mean any of it." he said upset. "Hey it's okay don't worry." I said hugging him.

"You look amazing." he said twirling me around. "Thank you." I said. "I like your boot!" He winked. I laughed. "Why thank you." I said. "You look very handsome today." I said. He was wearing a black collared shirt with black shorts. "Thank you I try." he said flipping his fake weave. I laughed and he smiled. Everyone came and Becca came running up to me. "KAYLA!" She yelled. "Hi!" I said hugging her. "You look pretty." I said. "Thank you!" She said. I laughed and she smiled. "AHHHH DANI HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" I heard a squeaky voice say. I felt Daniel hold my hand and I looked up. I saw Madison with her orange hair curled, a really short shirt that covers her boobs but shows her stomach, a black skater skirt, high heel shoes, a ton of makeup, her nails perfectly done, a purse, bracelets and bright red lipstick.

"Thanks." he said with no emotion. "No hug?" She asked twirls her hair. "No." he said gripping my hand tighter. I poked him and he looked at me. "Sorry babe!" He said and let go. I heard her heels walk away and I looked at him. "Are you okay?" I asked. "I hate when people call me Dani it's just not my name." he sighed. "Alright dinosaur calm down." I said. "Dinosaur?" He laughed. "Hey I made a nickname don't judge me." I said. "Alright Giraffe!" He said and kissed my cheek. "Actually your a elephant." I said and the door opened again.

"Happy Birthday cousin!" This boy said walking over. "Thanks Chris." he said. "Hello need help?" He asked. "Oh my god your the dude that works at the mall!" I said. "That's me!" He said. "Hi." I said. "what are you doing here?" He asked. "Oh Daniel is my boyfriend." I said. "Ah." he said. "Well we are going to take a picture now bye!" Daniel said and grabbed my arm. "Mom can you take a picture pleaseeeee?" He asked. "Of course sweetie." she said and grabbed his phone. We took a nice one, a silly one, a kissing one and a laughing one.

"Thank you!" He said. We sat down outside and he posted the kissing one.

"Can I sing you my song?" He asked and I nodded. He ran inside and grabbed his guitar. He came back out and sat down. "Wait can I strum?" I asked. "Yea of course." he said handing me the guitar. I started strumming and he started singing 'Lovesick Day'.

After the song he brought it back inside and I got up. "Matt." I said and he came over to me. "Yea." He said standing in front of me. "I don't know these people." I said. "Same." he said. "Where Daniel?" He asked. "With his family now." I said. "Oh." he said. "can we go home?" I asked. "Yea sure." he said. I walked inside and goodbye to Esther, Robert, JJ, Jojo and Becca.

"Hey Daniel I'm going home now." I said tapping his shoulder. "Why?" He asked and turned around. "I don't know these people and your with your family and I don't want to intrude so I'm going home Happy birthday." I said. "Kayla yor not intruding it's fine." He said. "No I'm going going home." I said. "Kayla please don't leave me with Madison." He said. "Daniel." I said. "No stay." he said. "No." I said. "Fine I'll go with you then." he said. "How about this, tomorrow I'll celebrate your birthday with you just us at my house and you stay here with your family." I said. "I like that idea." he smiled. "Okay stay away from that orange hair girl. Love you." I said. "I will love you too Giraffe." He said and kissed me.

I walked home and went inside and saw Nash on the couch. "Hey your home early." he said. "Yep." I said and went upstairs and changed into shorts and my volleyball shirt. I went downstairs and Nash was the only one here. "Hey wanna do a YouTube video?" He asked. "Sure." I said. We walked out back and he set up his camera.

"Hey guys it's Nash and I'm here today with Kayla!"
"Hey guys!" I waved
"And today we are doing the backward word challenge."
"Yay."
"So the first word is Pencil."
We took a pause.
"Okay licnepe."
"Epencil" it said.
"That was good Kayla."
Nashs didn't turn out good.
"HAHA I BEAT YOU I WON OH!" I yelled and Daniel looked at me from next door.
"yea yea chill." he said with a smirk.
"Why do you have a smirk on your face?"
"Oh nothing." he said holding silly string.
"NASH!" I screamed and he stared spraying me.
"That's not fair." I said sitting down.
"Here."
"YUS!"
"ITS ON ESPINSOA."
"Your going down Grier."
I sprayed him and then I ran out.

We ended the video and went out shopping to get more. We came home with two bags full of it and divided it up. "Hey Kayla!" I heard someone yell. "Hey Daniel!" I said. "Its boring over here without you." he pouted. "tomorrow will be fun tho." I said and walked away. Me and Nash found our hiding spots and grabbed a can. I saw him and sprayed him. "Haha Grier your going down." I said and went to my fort. "Kayla come out come out wherever you are?" He said and I sprayed him from above.

"That's it." he said coming up. "No Nash don't." I said. He sprayed me and I laughed. After that we were covered in silly string so we took a picture.
