Chapter 6: Easter

*Kayla's POV*

I picked out my mint flannel and black cami and black leggings. I sat on my bed and looked in the mirror and brushed my hair. There was a knock on my door so I got up and opened it to be tackled with a big bear hug. "Woah calm down." I said. "You look pretty today." Daniel said as I sat back down.

I took out my mascara and eyeliner and Daniel sat behind me with his arms around my waist. I put on my mascara and did a wing on my eyes. (image at the start of the chapter.) I straightened my hair and Daniel snapped a picture.

"Daniel we have to stuff eggs for the Easter egg hunt." I said getting up. "Lets go." he said holding me hand. "Where are they?" I asked getting the candy out. "The eggs?" He asked. "no my family." I said laughing. "outside setting up the rest." he said snatching the candy.

I sat on the counter and he sat next to me. "Hand me an egg and the chocolate." He handed me an egg and chocolate and we just talked about whatever. "So im sorry about Robert yesterday." He said holding my hand. "Hey it's fine don't worry." I said kissing his cheek.

"Kids the family is here go out and hide the eggs." My mom said. I hopped on Daniels back and laughed. "Wow your light." he said spinning around. "Ok ok stop im going to throw up on you." My head was spinning.

After we hid the eggs we went inside and ate. Daniel sat next to me and I talked to my Aunt about things. "So is this your boyfriend?" She asked pointing to Daniel. "Yea." I said and she awed. After we ate I cleaned up and then sat down to be tackled by little kids.

"Hey guys." I said picking up the little one named Lilly. "CAN WE PLAY WII?" The screamed. "in a little we are going to find eggs soon." I said poking her cheek. "Awe your so good with kids." someone said so I looked up. I saw Daniel standing there than he sat next to me.

"KIDS EGGS!" My mom yelled so I picked Lilly up and walked over to my mom. "Ready, set, go!" She said and we walked outside. I helped Lilly find her eggs. "Look there's one go get it." I said pointing to the bushes. She ran over there and grabbed it.

"Good job." I said high fiving her. "We need five more okay." she nodded and held my hand. "Hey." Daniel said behind me. I turned around with Lilly behind me. "Lilly this is Daniel and he's going to help us find five more eggs." I said smiling.

"Look there's two!" He said pointing to the deck area. She ran over to them and came back. "three more." She said clapping her hands. "I found one." she said grabbing one. When she came back she found another one. "ONE MORE." she squealed.

Daniel wrapped his arms around my waist. "Shes a cutie." I looked up at him because he's a little bit taller than me and smiled. "I found it." she said running back. "WE FINISHED." She yelled running up the stairs. "Good job cutie." I said giving her a hug.

We waited till everyone was done and I sat down on the porch and Daniel sat next to me. "I need to go shopping for hoodies so wanna come with me?" I asked Daniel as I leaned my head on his shoulder. "Of course." he said kissing my forehead. *ding dong* "MATT NASH IS HERE!" I yelled and he came upstairs. "Hey bro what's up." They did their bro thing and sat next to me. "Can I help you?" I asked.

After that we went inside and are desert while playing video games. "DANIEL THATS NOT FAIR YOU SHOVED ME IN THE WATER!" Matt yelled. We are currently playing Mariocart and I'm in first. "Babe." Daniel said trying to distract me. "What." I said not looking away. "Can I have a kiss?" He asked. "After." he pouted and I finished the game in first.

"Now can I have my kiss?" He said. "Fine." I said kissing his cheek. "Your cheek is squishy." I said poking it. "stop." he said picking me up. "No put me down." I said trying to get out. "Matt now." He said with a smirk. "what are you guys do-" before I finish there was a cake in my face and then water and then more cake. Everyone was laughing and I just ran to the bathroom.

"Kayla open up." Daniel said laughing. "No you have a cake." I said wiping everything off. "No babe I promise." He said trying not to laugh. "No leave me alone." I said opening the door to be Wales in the face by three pies. "REALLY." I yelled and locked myself in the bathroom.

"Kayla babe I'm really sorry I didn't mean to do that." he said giggling. I took out my phone and called the house phone. I talked to my mom and heard them leave. I went downstairs and sat next to my Grandpa. "Hello." he said. "hello Opa." I said sitting down. I saw Daniel looking at me but I ignored it.

By the time everyone left the Skye's stayed the night of course. I went upstairs and changed into my pajamas. I edited my YouTube video and Daniel barged in. He sat next to me and watched me. "What Daniel." I said. "I'm really sorry I didn't mean to." he said looking at my eyes. He kissed me and I kissed back.

"Daniel I was wond-" Matt walked in but then walked out. "Can I stay here?" He said looking at me. "Yea." I said laying under the covers. "Dude I'm tired I'm going sleep." I said yawning. "Goodnight beautiful." he said kissing my forehead.

*Daniels POV*

When she fell asleep I got a marker and drew on her face then me and Matt made pies so when she wakes up we can whack her in the face. I know it's mean but it's funny and plus JJ and Jojo wanted to so.
