Chapter 8: Ticket?

*Daniel's POV*

I woke up and took out my laptop. I saw two plane tickets one with my name and the other Madison Beers? What if Kayla saw these? What is she bre- I got snapped out of my thoughts by a knock on my door. "Daniel?" Kayla asked. I turned around and hugged her.

"I saw the plane tickets."she said pulling away. "Yea I'm going to L.A." She frowned. "And Madison is staying with me till then." I said as she stood there. "Wait Madison Beer?" She asked. "Yea why?" I asked. "I gotta go." She said walking out.

What am I going to do? Just as I fell on my bed the doorbell rang and I'm the only one home. I opened the door and saw Madison. I'm stuck with her for a month. "DANIEL!" She yelled hugging me. "Hi." I said shutting the door. "Can I see my room now?" She asked. "yea." I said guiding her to the guest room then went to my room.

She walked in right after and straddled me. "Uh hi." I said. She didn't say anything she just kissed me. I was shocked but I kissed back. Wait what am I doing? I put my hands around her waist and she pulled me closer. I heard the door open but I didn't stop.

There was a knock on my bedroom door. I stopped but went back to Madison. The door flung open. "DANIEL!" Kayla screamed sobbing. "Kayla its not what it looks like." I said. "NO JUST NO WE ARE DONE!" She left crying. "Oh my god no no no no no no." I said shoving Madison out of my room.

*Kayla's POV*

I ran home crying. "Kayla come here." Matt said. "I ran past him to my room. "Kayla calm down what happened." He said hugging me. "Daniel was making out with Madison Beer." I said holding him. "Hey it's okay Nick called wondering if you wanted to go to help him practice." I smiled and got my phone. I texted Nick and he said be there by 2 so I grabbed my skateboard and went outside. I rode past the Skyes and saw Daniel looking out the window.

I kept going and made my way to the park. I bumped into someone. "Kayla you made it." Nick said. I smile and we made our way to the baseball field. "I broke up with Daniel." I said putting my skateboard down. "I heard."

I was up at bat and Nick threw the ball and I hit it out of the field. He threw another one but it hit my eye. "OW HOLY WHALE." I screamed. "Im so sorry can I see it." He asked. I moved my hand and he put his finger over it. He leaned it and kissed me. I kissed back but felt a pain in the eye. "Call Matt." I cried.

*Matt's POV*

I was watching my show when my phone rang. "Dude come to the park fast Kayla got hit in the eye by the baseball." I hung up and ran out the door. "Matt what's going on?" Esther said worried. "Kayla got hit in the eye I gotta go." I said running away. I got to the park and saw Nick carrying Kayla.

"Give me her." I said carrying her. "I gotta take her to the doctor." I said running away with her in my arms. "Nick come on." I said. We made it home but since my parents were working I ran into the Skye's house. "ESTHER HELP ME!" I cried.

She came running down the stairs with tears. "Oh my god is she dead or passed out?" Nick stepped in. "She passed out." he said. "Help me take her to the doctors." I said sobbing. "Alright Robert is in charge." I picked her up and saw Daniel come down. He covered his mouth and we walked out.

"Hey Matt it's fine don't worry." Nick said patting my back. "Thanks man and I know you like her just ask her out dude." I said. We got there and waited in the waiting room. "Is it okay if I ask her out tomorrow so she's over the whole break up thing." Nick asked. "yea." I said laughing.

"Espinosa." the lady said. We got up and followed her. Kayla was sitting there with an ice pack. I ran up to her and hugged her. "She has a black eye so don't touch it and don't yell at her." We nodded. We carried her to the car. We took a picture and posted it. We got home and Nick stayed with her.

*Kayla's POV*

Nick stayed with me and we watched Netflix. "Do you think you and him are going to get back together?" He asked sitting next to me. "Yea but just not right now I mean he picked Madison so." I said eating the ice cream. "Can we just hang out tomorrow so your over it?" He asked. "yea of course."

I said I'll be right back because I needed an ice pack. Once I reached the last stair there was a knock. I opened the door and looked up. "Daniel..." I said shutting the door but he put his foot there to stop it. "Can we talk?" He asked scratching the back of his neck.

"Nicks here tho." I said going to the kitchen. "KAYLA!" Nick screamed. "Hide." I shoved Daniel into the pantry. "I have to go family emergency but I'll see you tomorrow or soon bye." He said grabbing his skateboard. "Bye." once he skated away I got my ice pack and let Daniel out.

"Now can we talk?" He asked. "Fine." I said. I walked to my room and he followed. "Look I'm really sorry she kissed me first I swear to god I didn't know what I was doing Kayla after you left I shoved her out of my room and just sat in there ripping her plane ticket. My mom had her leave because my mom really liked us as a couple. Once Matt came threw the door with you in his arms I couldn't take it. I need you Kayla, I miss you." He said crying. "Come here." I said pulling him in for a hug.

"Can I take you out tomorrow?" He asked. "Yea because I'm pretty sure Nick is staying with his family because he just texted me he was." I said pulling out my phone. He looked at me and leaned in. "Kayla wanna do a YouTube video?" Matt asked coming down with his camera. "Bye Daniel." I said shoving him out the door. "Sure."

After the video I went to my room, went on my laptop, twitter, Instagram, texted my friends back and fell asleep.
