Chapter 22: Fancy

*Kayla's POV*

After Daniel left in the morning I got ready for this fancy event thing. I wore a black short sleeved shirt, a mint green skirt, a mint bow, a mint bag, an anchor neck lace and high top black and white converse. "Kayla the Riggs are here." Matt said walking in with his tux on. I did everything else then went downstairs.

"CHANDLERRRR!" I screamed hugging him. "KAYLAAA!" He screamed and I laughed. I hugged everyone else and we just stood there. "Mom is the Skye's coming?" Matt asked. "Yea they should be here any minute so have a seat on the couch." My mom said. I sat next Chandler and we talked.

"So how's you and Daniel?" He asked. "Good how's you and Ali?" I said wiggling my eyebrows. "Good." he laughed. The doorbell rang and my mom got up and answered the door. "I like your tux." I said to Chandler. "Thanks I like your outfit." He said smiling. "Thanks." I said smiling.

I felt someone sit next to me so I turned around. I saw Daniel there with a tux on. "Hey Babe nice skirt." He said kissing my cheek. "This is Chandler." I said pointing to him. "Hey." They said. "KIDS LETS GO!" My mom yelled. We got up and walked outside. "You look beautiful." Daniel whispered in my ear. "I like your tux." I said getting in the car. "Mom where are we going?" I asked.

"We are going to a wedding." She said. "Oh." we all said looking at each other. We finally got there and took our seats. "Yay I can fall asleep!" Matt said sitting next to me. "Yep." I said putting my head on his shoulder. Daniel poked my side so I sat up.

"What." I said. "Come here." he said opening his arms. I hugged him and payed attention for once. Blah blah blah blah person walks down to the guy blah blah blah blah they say I do blah blah blah blah they kiss and everything ends. After that we went to the party. "Kayla may I have this dance?" Daniel asked holding his hand. "Yes you may." I laughed getting up.

He twirled me and looked at me I put my arms around his neck and his arms are on my waist. He put his forehead on mine and looked into my eyes. "I got it." Matt said handing my moms phone to her. I smiled and then he kissed me. "Awww we have lovebirds." The bride Sofia said. I hugged her and we talked. We took a picture and then I walked into the back room with Daniel.

The party is in a firehouse sooooo. We sat at the bar thing and Matt was behind it pretending to do something. "Alright I'll need a license to see if you could drink." he said holding his hand out. "Uh I left it at home." I said laughing. After that I dragged Daniel to the kitchen. "Food." he said starring at it. There was a window so people to get there food and we have to work it now.

"Hello ma'am how can I help you?" I asked getting a plate. "Can I have the chicken please." She asked and I put some chicken on her plate. "Thank you." she said. I smiled and turned around. "Now it's your turn." I pushed Daniel to the window and he smiled.

He did the same thing and I stood next to him. "Ugh we have a lot of people." He groaned. "man up I'll get the food you hand it to them." I said kissing him. "Love you." he said. "yep." I said. "Kayla we need chicken gravy and rice."he said handing me a plate.

We got through all the people and we got ourselves food. We ate and talked while sitting on the kitchen floor. "So would you rather be locked in a cage with a tiger or eat ten spiders?" He asked looking at me. "Easy spiders." I said picking up our plates. "Why?" He asked following me to the sink. "I don't want to die with a tiger and I could just throw up the spiders and be over it." he nodded and I walked out.

I got everyone's plate and brought it to the kitchen. Yea I'm the kitchen person obviously. Daniel washed the dishes while I put out the desert. We waited by the counter and just went on our phones. Matt texted me the picture he took and I posted it with the caption: My one and only❤️😚

He posted the picture too with the caption: My short girlfriend❤️😍

I looked at him and kissed his cheek. "Chandler picture." I said as he walked in. We took a nice one then took one with us holding kitchen utensils. "We have a cute friendship." I said posting the picture with the caption: We are cooks🍴🎂👌

After that we served the food and went out to socialize. Daniel didn't leave my side it was cute. After the party we had to clean up. We cleaned up and threw away everything. We kept the balloons and did a video on our phones.

We sucked the helium out of them and made our voices pitchy. We laughed and just had fun. We left and locked up. Once we got home I changed and fell asleep listening to Daniel's song 'Maybe' cause I'm a good girlfriend.... just kidding I am but it's just a really good song.
