Chapter 5: Date?

*Daniels POV*

I woke up and heard my phone buzz. I looked on Twitter and saw Kayla posted a picture from last night. "Kayla." I said shaking her. "What." she said waking up then laughing. "Haha funny help me get it off." I said seriously. "Fine." She said dragging me into the bathroom. "Sit on the counter I can't do it when your standing." She said. I sat on the counter and pulled her in between my legs.

She was wiping the last thing off and and I held her hand away from my face and looked in her eyes. "Im not do-" I cut her off by kissing her, she was shocked at first but then kissed back. "Im not done yet" she said and continued. "Im sorry." I said.

"It's fine but were friends." she said and I frowned. "Come on I'm starving." She said holding my hand and dragging me downstairs. She made her cereal and sat in the living room. "So what do you wanna do today?" She asked.

"Will you go on a date with me?" I asked. "Sure." she shrugged and ate her cereal. After that I left and got ready.

*Kayla's POV*

Ok I have to admit I do have a crush on Daniel but I don't know if he likes me. I picked out my outfit which is a flannel and leggings. I got dressed and got my ankle brace and shoes on. I walked downstairs and saw Daniel sitting there.

"You ready?" He asked. "Yea." I said. We left and walked to the pizza place. We walked in and it was empty. We ordered then waited but knowing me I can't wait for something so I lined up the chairs and walked back and forth on them then started dancing on the tables.

I sat down and saw Daniel posting something. "Did you record that?" I asked. "Yep." He said while eating. After that we went to the park and sat on top of the dug outs. "So I have a question." He said nervously. "Shoot." I said.

"I know we've only known each other for a month but I really like you and I was wondering if you wanted to be my g-girlfriend?" He asked looking down. "Sure Daniel I would love to be your girlfriend." He looked at me and hugged me.

"Ok so now what?" I asked. "Wanna go to my place?" He asked. "Su- Katelyn?" I said seeing my best friend walking. "Kayla?" We ran up to each other and hugged. "I missed you, you haven't answered me, nick, Killian or Bryan but I understand Bryan." She said but then looked behind me.

"KAYLA I DIDNT KNOW YOUR FRIENDS WITH THE DANIEL SKYE!!" She yelled and we laughed. "Actually we are dating." he said wrapping his arms around me. "Can I get a picture?" She asked smiling. "of course." I took the picture and handed Katelyn her phone.

"Bryan's not going to be happy your dating someone else." She said. "Why?" I asked. "He wants you back badly. He's going to your house right now to talk to you." She said. "I wouldn't talk to him tho." she said. "Kayla we better go my mom wants to meet you." Daniel said.

"Bye Kate." we hugged and then me and Daniel left. "So Bryan huh?" He asked. "don't worry about him." I said poking his cheeks. We made it to his house and I got tackled by Becca with hugs.

"KAYLAAAA!" She yelled causing everyone to come greet me. After that happened his mom spoke up. "So are you two a thing?" She asked. "Yea." Daniel said. "well we are going upstairs now." He said dragging me upstairs.

"Your room is nice." I said flopping on his bed. "Why thank you." he said laying on top of me. "Daniel get your fat bum off me." I said shoving him off. "Fine." he said sitting down and pulling me on to his lap. He put his forehead to mine and kissed my nose.

I laughed and he laughed to. He kissed me and then the door swung open. "Daniel mom wants to nevermind." Robert said leaving. "ROBERT" Daniel yelled. "What." He said coming back in. "Tell me what she wants to know." Daniel said frustrated.

"She wants to know if your okay with us going over Kayla's for easter tomorrow?" He said. "Yea it's fine." Then Robert left. "Are you okay?" I asked resting my forehead on his. "Yea fine." he sighed. "Tell me what's wrong Daniel." I said looking in his eyes. "Alright I just don't like whenever I have a girl over Robert always gets in the way and barges in all the time and then he dates the girl and I just don't want that to happen to you." He said upset.

"Hey he's too old for me and I only like you so don't let him bo-" just when I said that my phone rang. Mom.

K: hello?
M: where are you we need help setting up!
K: I'm at Daniels.
M: Come home right now and help us set up!
K: Alright I'm leaving bye.
M: bye

"So I gotta go set up so see you tomorrow?" I asked getting up. "yep." he sighed. "Come here." I said hugging him. He kissed me but I pulled away and left. I walked downstairs and got stopped by Robert, JJ and Jojo. "I have to go." I said.

JJ and Jojo pulled me to the couch where Robert was sitting. "Hey Kayla." He said loud enough so Daniel could hear. He put his arm around my waist and pulled me closer. "I gotta go let go." But he wouldn't let go. "ROBERT LET GO OF HER!" Esther yelled and pulled me away. "I am so sorry you can go help you mother okay sweetie." she said. "ok" I said and saw Daniel on the steps.

"Thanks for having me bye." I said leaving. I went home and helped my mom set up. "What do you want for dinner." she asked. "Pizza for sure." I said sitting on the couch.

Once the pizza came my phone buzzed. I looked at it and saw it was Daniel. Then it buzzed again, Chandler. Then again, Killian. then again, Nick. I ate my pizza, answered them back then fell asleep.
