Chapter 35: Out to dinner

*Kayla's POV*

I threw on my watermelon crop top tank top thing, a red skater skirt, and my Jordan's. I did my makeup and my hair up in a pony tail. I heard the doorbell ring so I answered it. "Woah!" Daniel said. "Hey." I said. "We're matching." he said. "Kids you ready to go?" My mom asked. "Can I carry Jackson please?" I asked. "Sure honey." she handed me Jackson and I held him. "Hi." I said poking his nose. "He's so cute." Daniel said from behind me. "Let's go." I said and walked to the car. "Where are we going?" He asked. "Olive Garden." my dad said.

We got there and waited. I held Daniel's hand and Jackson. We got our table which was a booth and me and Daniel sat next to each other and Matt at the end. "What are you getting?" He asked. "Spaghetti." I said. "Yea." he said. "Hi I'm your waiter tonight what can I get you to drink?" He asked. "I'll have an iced tea." I said. Everyone said there thing and we waited. I went on my phone then I looked up and saw this cute boy checking me out. He winked and I blushed.

I felt Daniel grab my hand and I looked at him. "Daniel calm down I love you!" I said and he calmed down. "What can I get you guys to eat?" The waiter asked scaring me so I jumped and dropped my phone. "Did I scare you?" He laughed. "Yea." I laughed. "Eat?" He asked. "oh right I'll take spaghetti with sauce." He wrote that down and everyone else ordered. "I have to pee!" I said and Matt and Daniel scooted out of the seat.

I walked to the bathroom, did my business, then left. I walked out and hit someone. "Im so sorry." I said. "Its okay." he said. I looked up and saw the boy in the table in front of us. "Im Chase." he said. "Kayla." I said. "Picture?" He asked. "Sure." I said. We took a picture and I followed him on Instagram.

I smiled and walked back to the table. "Hey." I said. "Hey." They said. "Who was that?" Daniel asked. "Chase." I said. He clenched his jaw. I took a snapchat of him. "Aw is wittle Daniel jealous?" I kissed his jaw. "Hahaha very funny Kayla." he said. We got our food and dug in. "Whats the spoon for?" I asked. "You spin the pasts on it." my dad said. "Oh!" I said. He laughed. "So how's it going?" Daniel asked.

"I thought this was supposed to be just me and you kind of thing!" He said in my ear. "Oh yea like two 15 year olds can drive here, get a table and pay by themselves." I snapped. "im sorry." he said. "Its fine." I said. Then the waiters came out with a slice of cake and started singing. I laughed and Daniel looked at me. He blew out his candle and kissed me. "My wish already came true." he smiled looking at me. "Aww." Matt said. "Yea." I said reaching over to get Matt's fork but Daniel thought I was hugging him.

I ate a piece and then we left. We waited outside and I took a picture near the sunset with Daniel.

We drove home and Daniel went to his house. "BURNIEEE!" I yelled. He barked. "Lets go boy." I said and we went upstairs. "Kayla can I join you guys?" Matt asked walking in. "Yea sure." I said putting my hair up. "What show?" I asked. "Hmmm the walking dead!" He said. "Okay!" I said and clicked it.

I heard the doorbell ring so I got up and got it. "Matt's upstairs." I said to Nash. "Kayla." I heard Hayes sniffle. "Come here what happened?!" I said hugging him. "I Uh I Uh broke up with Jodie." He cried. "Shhh its okay Hayes its okay." I said. "MATT!" I yelled. "Yea?" He asked coming downstairs. "Are you done in my room?" I asked. "Yea." he said then went back upstairs. "Wanna stay the night?" I asked and he nodded. "Its okay Hayes its okay!"
