Chapter 53: Adventures

*Kayla's POV*

I threw on my grey short sleeved shirt and black shorts with black and white Jordan's and a red flannel that rolls up to my elbows. I got my red backpack and walked downstairs. "Dynamite come here boy." I said grabbing his leash. Matt has Bernie and I grabbed my water bottle, phone charger, money, dog toys and sunglasses. The doorbell rang and I opened it. "Hey Grant!" I said hugging him. "Hey guys." I said hugging his family. "ALRIGHT LETS GOO!" My dad said. We got in the car and Dynamite laid on me and Garrett's laps.

My phone buzzed and Daniel texted me.

Tally💙: I'm in the doctors office I need to talk to you
Me: I'm here
Tally: good so Whatcha doin😂
Me: going out
Tally: ah I miss you already beautiful😍
Me: aw😚
Tally: literally love you so much the doctor is here bye babe😍❤️
Me: bye❤️

Me and Garrett talked the whole car ride. "We're at our first destination." My mom said. We got out and I saw my friend from CCD and I waved. "Hey Jake." I said. "Hey Kayla." He said. We all walked along the track and took a lot of pictures. We went back to the car and went to the second place. "Wow." I said looking at the rocks.

We parked the car and I grabbed the leash but Garrett grabbed my hand. "Uh." I said. "Just as friends." He said. "Ok." I said and we walked towards the rocks/mountain thing. We took pictures and goofed off. "Dynamite come here boy." I said. "Hey Kayla." Grant said. "Hey Grant." I said. "So how's it going with Daniel?" He asked. "Good." I said. I threw the ball and talked to Grant more.

"Ahhh my boyfriend is here!" I said hugging Grayson. I took a picture with him kissing my cheek and posted it.

We went back to the car and went to a restaurant. We sat a table and yea they allow dogs that's the first thing we think of. I sat next to Grayson since he wanted me to. We ordered then talked. "So Kayla I heard you have a boyfriend?" Mrs. Landis said. "Yea he's right here." I laughed hugging Grayson. "Awww thats so cute. But do you mind watching him tomorrow?" She asked. "Yea sure." I said smiling.

We got our food and I gave some to Dynamite. We finished eating and paid the bill. We left and went to Jersey City. Once we got there we walked around until Garrett decided to sneak into the boat place. Well he did and it worked. He came out and we continued walking. We walked all the way down this long path until dynamite got tired so we went back to the car. He fell asleep so we went home. We got home and I went to my bed and checked on social media then went in the shower.

After that I got ready for bed and just laid in bed for hours watching Kim Possible. Dynamite and Burnie snuggled up to me and I smiled. "Favs." Matt said in the doorway. I laughed and smiled.
