Chapter 1: The guests

*Daniel's POV*

We were packing the last of our stuff then got into the car. Dumont should be fun. *Rolls eyes*

*Kayla's POV*

I was riding my skateboard when a movers truck rode past and then another car. I finally got home and tripped over a box. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean that I'm so clumsy." I said standing up. "It's fine I'm Daniel by the way." He said handing me my skateboard.

"I'm Kayla. Well I'm sorry but I have to go see you around." I said skating off. When my phone rang. I saw it was my ex so I let it ring to voicemail.

I just got out of the shower when the doorbell rang. "KAYLA GET DOWN HERE WE HAVE GUESTS." I threw on a cami then my black flannel and went downstairs. "Are they staying for dinner?" I asked when I got down there.

"Yes now behave." she said. "Then tell him to stop kicking me." I pointed at Matthew. Yes I mean Matthew Espinosa. "Kids they are right there behave." I looked at the door and saw the kid I ran into.

"Kids this is the Skye's Esther the mom (don't know if that's her name), Rebecca the little one, Daniel next to Becca, Robert, JJ and Jojo." I said hello and Matt shoved me into Daniel. "Sorry." I shoved Matt and sat on the couch.

Everyone went downstairs besides my mom, Esther, my dad and Daniel. He sat next to me and I turned on the TV. "So do you go to school?" I looked at him. "No because I'm homeschooled and what happened on Friday I don't want to go near windows."

"What happene-" I cut him off. "don't ask." I looked away and watched A Haunting. "KAYLA" Matt screamed. "WHAT." I yelled back. "COME HERE BRYAN WANTS TO TALK TO YOU." I groaned and got up.

I answered the phone and then hung up. "I HATE HIM." I yelled as I got my laptop. "Woah calm down who was that?" I looked up to see Daniel really close. "My ex Bryan wants to get back together but I don't like him after he cheated on me." I looked up at him and smiled. "It's fine now what are you doing with this?" He pointed to my laptop. "I don't know you that well so I can't tell you."

I walked to the table, sat down and plugged in my headphones. First I deleted all the pictures of me and Bryan then I followed Daniel and some fans. Then I played some old Disney games for my new video. "Can I join?" Daniel said with his laptop. "yea Chandler showed me this one game and I'm hooked so he's gonna join too."

He nodded and opened the game. We laughed and talked to get to know each other better. After that it was dinner time. BOSTON MARKET MAN! "Alright dig in." My dad said. "Kayla did you drop your phone yet?" Matt asked. "I learned my lesson im not dropping it." I said. "I didn't drop mine." He said back. "but you dropped your last one in the toilet." I said back.

Everyone laughed and he gave me a death glare. "Hahaha very funny." I smiled. After dinner the kids are staying over. Besides Becca she's going home. "Yo I call Matt's room." Robert said. Everyone else slept in the guest room but Daniel did something else.

I was talking to Chandler about the game when Daniel scared me. "Hi." he said and sat down. "I gotta go Chandler." I looked at him and slapped him. "Why did you scare me." He looked at me and smiled. "I don't want to share a room with JJ and Jojo can I sleep in here?"

I looked at him and patted a seat on my bed. "Come here." He sat down and my phone kept blowing up from Bryan. "Who is that?" He asked. "Bryan" I said then fell asleep.
