The story of Elias and Athena Part 3
I couldn't stop thinking about her. It hurt to hear the stories from her journal, she is so strong. Just when you think your suffering in the world all alone, their always the person next to you going through something ten times worse. But I was hoping to see her again, I know that I shouldn't but I couldn't help myself. I gave her my number just in case she needed someone to talk to.
"Did you get it done" My uncle asked taking me from my thoughts, him and Stefan came walking into my room
"Yes sir" I lied, trying to keep my voice steady.
"Where did you put your clothes" he asked, his eyes scrutinizing my every move.
"I burned then in the woods" I said and he nodded, forcing a confident tone. He nodded in approval.
"I'm proud of you kid, don't forget training with Lincoln tomorrow" He said giving me a pat on the shoulder.
"Thank you Uncle Bruno" I replied, watching as he left the room, leaving Stefan and me alone.
"So how did you do it?" Stefan asked, leaning casually against the doorframe."You know gunshot to the head like you told me" I said, trying to brush him off.
"So what did you do with the body" He pressed, his eyes narrowing.
"What's with all the questions, I told you I handled it" I snapped, irritation creeping into my voice.
"You let the little bitch go, didn't you" he accused, stepping closer.
"Why do you care if I did or not" I shot back, meeting his gaze.
"I don't see why my father thinks your cut out for this, you can't even follow a simple order" he sneered, his words cutting deep.
Stefan and I always had disagreements like this, It was like were total opposites. He always took the more violent approach while I was more the voice of reason. He hated the fact that his father saw me more as a son then him, And I hated the fact that he never thought I was good enough.
"Get out" I said, my voice trembling with anger.
"You know what I will kill the little black bitch myself, rule number one: no loose ends" he said, storming out of the room.
He was really going to kill her. Stefan had never been the type to bluff, and I wasn't going to wait around to see if he was or not. I quickly put on some sweats and a hoodie, my mind racing.
Ring Ring
"Hello" I said, answering my phone.
"E-Elias I need your help" Athena said, sounding scared
