Chapter Thirty Seven

Jay's POV

I stared after her in shock as her words sunk in. She was still pregnant, with my baby. I didn't want to be a father until now. I suddenly felt a overpowering surge of love towards my unborn child. I was to immature for a child, but I still wanted one. I would learn to grow up so that I could do the best for the baby. She was afraid that I wouldn't want the child, she couldn't be more wrong. I needed to tell her how I feel. She needed to know that I'd always be here for her and the baby.

I quickly grabbed my jacket and made my way after her, even though I didn't know where she had gone.

I wandered into town as I took out my phone and called her. I frowned as I heard 'Only You' playing. I followed the sound and saw her sitting on a bench.

"You have my song as your ringtone." I chuckled as I sat next to her.

"Yeah, I wanted to hear your voice as much as possible." she blushed.

I smiled at how cute she was.

"I am so sorry I called you selfish." I said quietly.

"I misjudged you." I added when she didn't respond.

"I'm sorry." I tried again.

I sighed when she ignored me again. She wasn't even looking at me, she sat with her back to me.

"Look at me." I said sadly.

She shook her head and sniffed.

"Hey what are you upset about?" I asked as I placed my hands on her shoulders.

"I just don't know what to do, I feel so torn." she said as she started to cry.

I wrapped my arm around her shoulders and pulled her into my arms. My heart broke a little as I saw her tear stained face.

"It'll be okay, I'm not going anywhere." I reassured her.

"We can do this together." I added.

"Do what?" she asked.

"Have a baby." I grinned at her excitedly.

You want to be a Dad?" she breathed.

"Yeah I do, I know we've not been together long, but we can do it." I told her.

I frowned as she shook her head.

"Why don't you believe that I'll support you?" I asked slightly hurt.

"I do, but what about when you go on tour and stuff?" she asked.

"We'll sort something out." I sighed.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" she asked.

"Yeah I do." I whispered.

She smiled and gently kissed my lips.

"There's something I have to tell you." she whispered against my lips.

"What?" I whispered back.

"It's about the baby." she started.

"Is everything okay?" I interrupted.

"Yeah but I'm having twins." she said quietly.

"Wow." I breathed.

"You okay?" she asked as I fell silent.

"Yeah, it's just incredible." I whispered.

"Really." she giggled.

"Yeah." I chuckled, I loved her cute laugh.

She rested her head on my shoulder and closed her eyes. I sat holding her tightly, as the sun began to set.

Anna's POV

"We should head back." Jay said a few hours later.

I nodded and followed him home.

"I'll make coffee." he said as he wandered into the kitchen.

"I can't have coffee." I called after him.

"Oh yeah I forgot, I'll make you a hot chocolate." he called back.

I laughed and wandered into the kitchen. I frowned at Sophie as I saw her sitting in the corner crying.

"Oh my god, what's wrong?" I asked her.

I glanced at Jay when she didn't answer me. I raised my eyebrow at him.

He shrugged.

"I already asked, she didn't tell me." he stated.

"Sophie." I said sternly as I placed my hand on her shoulder.

"I'm just so happy." she sobbed.

I frowned at her. I hadn't been expecting that. I looked up as Nathan entered the room.

"Aw baby." he said as he pulled her into his arms.

"What is going on?" I asked him.

"Sophie and I are getting married." he said happily.

"Wow, congratulations!" I exclaimed.

He smiled at me and hugged me tightly.

"It's amazing." I added.

"Thanks, how's things with you?" he whispered, not wanting Jay to overhear.

"Fine." I said with a nervous glance at Jay.

"She's having my baby." Jay blurted randomly.

"What?!" Nathan exclaimed looking between the two of us.

Jay grinned at me as Nathan looked confused.

I shrugged at Nathan, not sure where to begin.

"Wow, so I guess you spoke to the father after all." Nathan grinned.

"Yeah I did." I smiled.

"So you guys are an item?" Nathan asked.

I nodded.

"And we are having twins." I added.

"Jeez." Nathan grinned.

"We are going to be one big The Wanted family." Jay winked at me.
