Y/n was currently in his office once again. He was actually standing, reading a book from the book shelf that was in there, but don't let the book fool you, it was about the company that Y/n worked out history. He had currently came up with some paper work that needed a fact about the company fo Y/n is doing his research.
The characters have noticed that Y/n spent a lot of time in his office, even more than in the kitchen, dining room, living room, or bed room. They didn't know what Y/n was doing in there, but they always knew it could always be put on hold for them. It made them happy knowing that even if y/n was busy, he would always make time for the characters.
Y/n flipped through the pages in the book he held, he scanned the pages not really reading them but getting the more important facts about the company's history. He heard foot steps step into his office but he didn't look up thinking that one of the characters just lost their way again.
"Uh... Mr. Y/n?" A timid voice spoke up.
Hearing his name, Y/n looked up. He raised a brow when he saw a nervous looking Krista and Ymir at the door frame. He quickly put a book mark in his book, making sure he didn't lose his place.
Y/n let out a small sigh, "How many times do I have to say that I am completely okay with you calling me Y/n, Krista?" He said with a small smile.
"A-Ah right.. Sorry Mr. - I mean - Sorry, Y/n," Krista said with a small giggle of embarrassment.
Y/n gave a warm smile, "That's more like it. Now, what can I do for you two?"
"Well... We were wondering about the courting system here," Ymir spoke up.
Y/n raised a brow, "You mean marriage? Well, what do you want to know?"
Ymir glanced down a blushing Krista, "We... We were wondering about same sex marriage..."
Y/n blinked for a second. He than let out a small hum and placed the book in his hand down on his desk. He went over to the other side of the office to some other book shelves and started to scan them. He than smiled when he saw a book about marriage.
"Here we go," Y/n stated as he scanned the book's pages, "A book about marriages, proposes, engagement, and future life with your loved one. I'm not the best at explaining love lives since I barely even had one, but I can give you some tips and give you this book to help you give an idea about your future.
"And as for Sam sex marriages..."
Both Krista and Ymir both held in their breath to what Y/n had to say.
Y/n gave a smile that felt for comforting, "Although it is frowned upon by most people, it is perfectly legal here and you can both marry each other as long as you're both of age."
Krista's and Ymir's eyes brighter at hearing what Y/n just said. Krista let out a laugh and wrapped her arms around Ymir's neck. Ymir held onto Krista's waist as she spun around in joy. They both were laughing with each other with small tears in their eyes.
This settled it, they didn't want to go back to their world, they wanted to stay here and get married to each other, who cares what other people thought.
"Oh thank you so much Y/n!!" Krista shouted in pure joy, still holding onto her beloved, "You have no idea how much we love this news!!"
"Thanks a bunch, Y/n," Ymir said, a bit more calmly than Krista.
Y/n chuckled at the two's happiness. He carefully gave the book to Ymir as Ymir was holding onto Krista with her other arm.
"Here, you both can read this book and have a thought about your future if you want to stay in this world," Y/n stated, "If you want more books like this one, I'm sure my library has something you both might like."
Krista's and Ymir's eyes brightened even more even though Y/n thought that it would've been impossible. The two girls hugged Y/n tightly as they had small tears pricking their eyes. They kept saying their thank you's as Y/n could only hug them back.
"Of course," Y/n said, "If you're going to be staying in this world, than I want you guys to live the best out of it, so I will do as much as I can for you both."
Ymir and Krista only laughed with each other and hugged Y/n closer. They really can't express any words to tell Y/n how much joy they feel right now.
