Chapter 5

"You said you loved me.. but why you betrayed me?"

I let my tears flowed down to my cheeks. I let out all the pain and anger that I was feeling inside. I held my chest when I feel like it was going to explode because of too much heartache. Nilabas ko lahat ng sama ng loob na matagal ko ng kinikimkim.

"I did not betrayed you.. I can never do that." Ryan held my face. "You were the only girl I loved in my entire existence.. But why are you saying that?"

"Cut! Good job!"

Agad kong pinunasan ang luha ko nang matapos na ang linya ko. We were having our shoot here in Batangas. Last scene na rin naman 'yon kaya mamaya ay makakauwi na rin ako. Well, hindi pa pala kasi may photoshoot pa ako sa Cavite.

I ate my breakfast which was the pasta. Doon ko na lang kinain sa loob ng van kasi wala ng oras. I was with my manager kaya hindi ko pwedeng ipakita sa kaniya na marami ang kinakain ko. He would probably scold me if ever. He was always telling me not to eat too much because it might affect my photoshoot or modelings.

"Did you already fixed my schedule, Lucas?" I asked my P.A.

"Not yet, Miss Maureen," He casually said.

"What?!" I sighed in disbelief. "So when are you planning to give me my schedule?! Sa New Year?!"

"My apologies, Miss Maureen, ibibigay ko po sa inyo bukas ng umaga," Sambit niya.

"Gosh, bukas ko nga kailangan tapos bukas mo pa aayusin?! What if may importante pala akong pupuntahan bukas tapos hindi ko alam 'yung schedule ko?!" I scolded him.

"Maureen, chill, ako na lang mag-aayos mamaya," Sir Guillermo told me.

Sana kasi si Leah na lang 'yung nandito, eh. I didn't know why I was so grumpy when it comes to Lucas. I massaged the bridge of my nose in so much frustration. Like, duh, 'yun na nga lang 'yung gagawin niya tapos mukhang hindi niya pa kaya!

I stopped when my phone suddenly beeped. I saw Drix's name so I opened it to check his message for me in instagram.

drxsml: where are you?

I typed a reply.

maureencj: batangas going to cavite, why? :)

drxsml: I need my shirt, rn.

My eyes widened. What does he mean?! Ngayon niya na mismo kailangan?! I had my photoshoots pa! I couldn't go home agad-agad!

maureencj: WHAT? WHY NOW?

drxsml: basta, I really need it.

maureencj: you know my house diba? Puntahan mo na lang muna doon. Sorry, I can't go home for now.

He sent me a thumbs up. I sighed in relief. Tatawagan ko na lang si Amanda dahil sure ako na nandoon siya ngayon sa bahay. Pwede naman siya na lang ang magbigay kay Drix no'n, nandoon lang naman 'yun sa closet ko kaya mabilis lang mahanap.

"Hello, Ate? May pupunta diyan mamaya pwedeng pakibigay ng Blue shirt na nasa closet ko?"

[Binigyan mo pa ako ng trabaho!] I heard her sigh.
