"They won't accept your resignation letter."

Drix crassed my hair. I was only wearing my underwear because we just finished making love. Dito na rin ako natulog sa kwarto niya at si Venice naman ay nasa kwarto ko. We were covered with comforter. He was hugging me from the back.

"They wouldn't let you resign," He kissed my shoulders.

"Of course, they won't, I'm the best actress for fuck's sake." Pagmamayabang ko pa.

"You'll talk to them later, okay?" He kissed my head. "Tomorrow we'll go back to Philippines."

I nodded a bit but I wasn't sure if he saw that kasi nakatalikod ako sa kaniya. Tomorrow na 'yung schedule namin pabalik ng Pilipinas. Good thing Drix will be with us. Tapos na rin naman 'yung taping namin. But next month pa ipapalabas 'yung movie. 'Yung about naman sa fashion show, luckily, it will be held in Philippines.

"I'll take a bath na," hinarap ko siya.

I was about to stood up when he suddenly pulled my hand kaya natumba ako sa kaniya. "Sama ako?"

"Mabilis lang ak-"

I stopped talking when he kissed my lips again. Mahina ko siyang hinampas kaya napatigil siya sa paghalik sa akin. We took a bath together but we ended up fucking inside. Natagalan pa kami bago makalabas. I had clothes inside his cabinet kaya iyon muna ang ginamit ko. He wore his white shirt and grey overrun shorts. Kaagad kaming pumunta sa kwarto ko para tingnan si Venice.

"Pagod na pagod ka 'no?" Sabrina chuckled when I sat beside her. Drix went to Venice, they watched Barbie together in his phone. "Iniwan pa talaga sa akin si Venice para lang makagawa ng baby number 2. Ano next name? Rome?"

"Shunga!" I gave her a glare. "Pwede na rin."

I changed my clothes into floral jumpsuit and went downstairs since my manager told me that Direk Solomon wanted to talk to me. I waited for him in the lobby. I looked away when I saw Direk Solomon coming towards my direction.

"Maureen," Direk Solomon called my name before he sat infront of me.

"Sir Solomon," I recognized his presence.

"I'm sorry to say this but we are not going to accept your resignation letter," he directly said.

Pinagawa ko kasi 'yun kahapon kay Leah. Binigay niya na siguro 'yon kay Direk Solomon pero hindi nila tinanggap. I didn't knew about their reasons.

"I'm also sorry to say this but.. I do not need your approval, Direk." I smiled sarcastically. "I will do whatever I want to do.. And whatever you're decision is.. it doesn't matter anymore because I already made my choice."

"You got me wrong, Maureen." He cleared his throat. "What I mean to say is.. we are not going to accept your resignation letter because you are not going to work in other places anymore.. And Ryan on the other hand, he also rejected the offer.. Actually, nauna na siyang umuwi ng Pilipinas."

My brows furrowed. Why the fuck he rejected the offer?! I mean, it's not my problem anymore! But wala man lang akong alam? Kagabi para okay pa naman siya, ah? Nakakagulat lang na nauna na siyang umuwi sa Pilipinas.
