Epilogue

[A/N: HI, Long time no see, right? You must've thought, "how did a new chapter come if she ended the story in the last chapter?"

Because I am sure you guys must have definitely been really curious to what happened to Seokjin that he was being that harsh to Taerim. So... I came to give you guys a clear view through the epilogue.

I can't assure if it will satisfy you, but I was planning of making a short story based off of it. But then, I thought that this was better.

I was going as usual to my basic spot in assembly as the Valedictorian. But then suddenly, I felt something really heavy hit me on my back.

I turned around to see a girl curled up on the floor with all her hair covering her face. She was not moving an inch, which caused me to go on a little panic strike that she may have fainted cuz of me. My mind immediately went, 

I need to take her to the nurse's office.

Without a second thought, I took her in my arms and carried her out of the gymnasium and into the hall towards the nurse's office in bridal style.

As I went on the way, I can see everyone's face. Some were shocked, as to what happened to her. Some were confused as to who she was. and then, some were jealous, 

As she was the first ever girl I ever physically touched in High School.

As soon as I got into the nurse's office, Mr. Ha said, 

"Who just got crane-kicked in their groins again, first thing in the... Seokjin? What are you doing here? And who is she?"

I put her on to the patient's bed in the left and said, 

"She walked into me and fell on the floor and isn't moving since then. I think she fainted."

Mr. Ha walked up to her and removed the hair from her face and started checking her vitals.

She looked so delicate. It almost didn't seem like she had fell to the floor. As if she had been in her bedroom, she was looking like she was in a peaceful slumber. 

But there is a bump on her forehead.

As I was busy analyzing her, I lost track of time and didn't even realize that Dr. Ha was standing in front of me. At least until he hadn't touched my shoulder.

"Kim Seokjin? What happened? Why are you looking at the girl like that?"

"Huh? Nothing."

He shrugged and said,

"It simply seems like she hadn't ate much before leaving home and had gone through some stress, which caused her to faint at the light trauma she had by falling."

I left a sigh of relief before I asked,

"Does that mean she doesn't have any injuries?"

He then said while pointing at her forehead,

"It's almost impossible for anyone to not have an injury after falling head first on the floor. She has a slight laceration on her forehead. i have applied ointment already, so it'll heal in a week or so."

"So when will she wake up?"

He then replied while shrugging,

"I'm not sure. She may wake up in a few minutes, or even a few hours. But the moment she does, I'll send her to her classroom. I think you should go join your class as well."

I slowly nodded while walkng out of the room, leaving the girl behind. 

I don't know, but something seems familiar about her. Something.... makes her feel like someone really close to me. Her face, her hair, her eyes, her scent. She... 

She feels like her.

<Time Skip>

<Taerim POV>

I woke up with a sharp pain on my head. I thought I was going to wake up with tons of faces shoved at me from the embarrassing situation that just happened.

I ran into a poll.

But I woke up to a hospital bed. I slowly placed my left hand on my head to feel a bandage on it.

"Now Dad's gonna be pissed for no good."

I look around the room and see the room I was in. It seems almost like a classroom, but with many hospital beds. Seems like I'm in the nurse's office. I start to get up from the bed, when I hear a male voice say,

"You must be feeling a little light-headed, right?"

I look at the direction of the voice and see a tall man with broad shoulders and hair gelled back sitting in a desk while he is looking as some papers.

It must be the school nurse. He then said,

"There's a sandwich and banana milk on the desk beside you. Eat it. It seems like you didn't get to eat before leaving home for your first day."

I just remembered that I actually did leave home in a hurry to even get a spoon of rice in my mouth. Thank god the nurse got it for me. I can actually feel the rats biting my stomach for food.

I immediately take a bite of the sandwich and drink the banana milk. It's so good. I then look at the nurse and ask,

"If you don't mind, could you tell me how long have I been here?"

He looks up from his paperwork and replies,

"About 2 classes. It may not be long for the bell to the 3rd class to ring."

Seriously? I come late, run into someone and faint, end up in the nurse's office for two classes, I didn't even get my routine, all this has to happen on my first day. I end the remaining sandwich and milk in a haste and go for my bag before asking,

"Can you please tell me where is the office room? I needed to get my routine..."

He replied without looking up this time,

"Downstairs, 3rd room from the left. And please walk in a safe speed and with eyes open. The scar will fade in a week. So, if it hurts, use an ice bag."

I did a 90° bow to him before walking out to go to the office room. I could hear some footsteps behind me as I walked downstairs to the office. But I took that out of my mind and decided to hurry to the office before the 3rd class ended.
