9: Rise Of Bangtan

It was about to be 7:30 PM when I was taken aback by the sudden shouts of the crowd outside the café. I look outside see that camera flashes had also started flaring at a high rate.

I look back at Hongjoong and saw that he had the same reaction as I had. But then I calmed myself down and said in my mind.

They are here. The most famous boy band in Korea, leading the K-pop industry on their shoulders. The biggest boy band in the world.

BTS

Me and Hongjoong went a little forward and gave them a little bow. It's not like they are that senior. But because they are the guests of honor.

When I stood up straight after the bow, I saw a silver haired man wearing a blue tuxedo standing in front of me. It didn't even take me a second to recognize him.

But before I could say anything, he pulled me in a tight hug. I did not say anything, rather melted in the embrace of my best friend for a while.

Then he broke the hug and held me by my shoulders in his arm length and said,

"My, My! How gorgeous does my best friend look!"

I blushed wildly at his comment as I noticed that the other members were standing in front of the stairs, waiting for him to join them to go upstairs.

At that time, I noticed a guy amongst the six, who was standing out the most to me.

He was wearing a black shirt with a black tailor fit suit and and set black pants. It was buttoned up perfectly as he left the top two buttons of his shirt open, letting the fair skin of his neck exposed. He wore a pair of a pair of perfect Oxfords to go with the look. His beautiful dark brown hair was set in a neat side parted bangs as he kept fixing his cufflinks.

He looked like an archetypal rich, handsome aristocrat.

As I was stunned by that person's looks, I missed what my best friend said to me.

I was brought to reality by him when he shook me up a little by my shoulders. I looked back at him and asked,

"Yeah, what?"

He looked at me with confusion on his face and said,

"Taerim-ah, I said that that the café also looks marvelous."

I thanked him and said,

"I think we can talk later. Your members are waiting for you."

As I said it, I pushed him back a little and shooed him to go upstairs with them.

As I looked back, I saw a flustered Hongjoong flipping the pages of the the guest list as if he may have forgotten to tick off someone's name.

I tried to change the awkward atmosphere with something I wanted to ask him a few minutes ago.

"Weren't Wooyoung and Yeosang supposed to be in your company by now?"

I had been thinking about it for a while. Because Hongjoong told me that he and his co-trainees were being auditioned for their new debut team and that Wooyoung and Yeosang were interested to join it.

He suddenly gained his consciousness and replied,

"Yeah. They said to me that they'll be be leaving their company and joining ours as soon as possible."

I nodded as I could see that he had become calmer than before. Then I asked him,

"Are all the guests in?"

He shut the guest list and looked at me with a proud smile before he spoke,

"Yes, they are."

Then I gave a sigh of relief and looked outside. As I saw a bodyguard had noticed me, I gave him a nod.

Two guards immediately went in front of the glass doors and steadily held its handles. Luckily, they got what I  meant by the nod.

All the guests are in and no fangirl, reporter or paparazzi should get inside now.

As I confirmed the guards' positioning , I tapped at Hongjoong's shoulder and after he looked at me, I said,

"Let's go. We have an event to manage."

As I was going up the stairs, the reality finally sank in.

I'm managing my first event.

Sorry that it took me so loooooong to bring BTS into the story. But I only did it because I wanted to give them a proper entry and introduction.

After all, they are The biggest boy band in the world, BTS!!!!

There is no way, I repeat, NO WAY, I could have given them a normal introduction!!!

And I also included the part of Wooyoung and Yeosang leaving Big Hit to show them soon joining KQ for ATEEZ.

And for the next chapter, (SPOILER!!) the member of BTS who will play another one of the 2 male protagonists in the story will be revealed. And there will be some FLUFF. No worries. Stay tuned.

And for recents, I saw the unboxing of the MOTS7 version of the ARMY BOMB. It's not that special to me expect the fact that it will connect with Weverse for the BANG BANG CON. It's design is way too simple.

Don't mind me. I'm just giving my honest opinion.
