6: Rush For The Event

The whole day went by in a frenzy. As we had to prepare the 2nd floor for the event, it was out of bounds for the day. And the café was also closed from the afternoon.

Many bodyguards were kept on guard outside the café by that time. I asked them who brought them. They said that Taehyung's company sent than here for security measures, so that no other people expect agency people and restaurant staff can go in or out.

I was surprised by the amount of care the company had for them, that it had to be done like that.

So, as everything got prepared before time, I told Hongjoong to keep an eye on everything and I rushed to my apartment to get ready for the event.

When I came back, I saw an awe struck Hongjoong looking at me as if he had seen a deity. I look behind to see if he had seen BTS come inside. But there was nothing behind me.

It was only him and me in the 1st floor. And all the waiters and waitresses had already started to set up everything on the 2nd floor. I then asked,

"What happened, Hongjoong-ah? Why did your jaw drop like that?"

I touched his chin to close his mouth. As I did, he came to his senses and said,

"Noona! You look gorgeous!"

I look at myself. I didn't do much.

I wore a light pink A-line dress with off-shoulder sleeves. I let my hair down in soft curls and had swept the hair to my left side. At the right side of my head, I did some braiding, wore a pair of long silver earrings and a diamond locket that my mom had.

Hongjoong then took out his phone and said,

"Can I have the honor to take a photo with you, fair lady?"

I chuckled at that and replied,

"Yes, you may. After you change your clothes." He took a look at himself and said,

"Noona, I didn't bring any clothes to change into."

So I got worried. Because I wanted Hongjoong to be with me at the pass. But suddenly Hongjoong clapped his hands together and said,

"I can ask one of the guys to bring me something to change into."

He then started to tap on his phone for a while and made a call.

"Ya! You're staying in the same room with me. Can't you do this for me?"

I took some steps closer to him to listen better.

"Please! Just this once! Please!!"

He stayed silent for a while as he listened to what the person at the other end was saying. Then he left a sigh and said,

"Taerim noona is also here~"

Then he gave his mischievous grin and said,

"Thank you, bro."

He turned to me and gave a satisfied smile. I asked,

"Who was it that you had to use my name to get your clothes here?"

He then gave his mischievous grin again and said,

"Just one of my friends at the dorm."

By the way, why do you think Hongjoong had to mention Taerim's name in order to get his his dorm mate aka new member to bring his clothes? Strange. Very Strange🤔🤔
