10: The Event & Introductions

When we reached upstairs, I saw that the waiters have already started serving the welcoming drinks and appetizers.

I went near the 2nd floor staff room, which was now transformed into a temporary serving pass for the food.

As I saw that all was going fine, I started looking around the event.

I saw that one of the new waiters, Choi Bomin was faltering from taking the drinks to the BTS members.

I went up to him and placed my right hand on his left shoulder. He was a little shocked. But when he saw that it was me, he felt a little at ease.

I gave him a reassuring smile and said,

"It's fine. Just go and give them the drinks."

He left a sigh of relief and went ahead.

A little while later, I saw that serving welcoming drinks was almost over.

I went near the serving pass and gathered all the waiters and waitresses who were done serving their designated amount of drinks and appetizers. I then gave them a bit of a pep talk about the order of serving and how to serve what.

As I was done giving them a pep talk, I could feel a manly hand holding the wrist of my right hand.

I turn around to see Taehyung looking at me with his box smile and asked,

"Can I steal you for a while? I want you to meet someone."

Before I could say anything, I was being pulled by my right hand to somewhere.

I look back to see a dazed Hongjoong looking at me from the pass. I just gave him a glare that said "Be back in 10 minutes".

Because I knew where Taehyung was taking me and also that it will take long.

I came to a stop in front of the honorary table as Taehyung stopped pulling my hand.

I was standing in front of the other six guys. After that, Taehyung stood beside them and said,

"We never got to introduce ourselves to you. So let us introduce ourselves."

As I heard that, I prepared myself for a loud shout.

I was at their M Countdown debut stage. They gave their introduction in a loud way, which I felt embarrassed about. So, I never considered stanning BTS. But I also never insulted them, because it was my best friend's boy band. Even if they have become the biggest boy band in the world, I still don't stan them.

But I was surprised when I heard a soft dialogue instead of the loud howl they had.

"2! 3! Bang Tan! Hello, we are BTS."

Then Taehyung stood beside me and held my arm, then he said,

"And this is Jang Taerim. My best friend."

I could see his big smile as he introduced me. I took a 45° bow in front of them and said,

"Hello, my name is Jang Taerim. I am Taehyung' s best friend and the head of management in this event."

They all gave me a small bow and then Taehyung spoke,

"Guys, will you all please introduce yourselves individually?"

Then the Orange brown haired man came in front of me and said,

"I am Kim Namjoon or Rap Monster. I'm the team leader. But you can call me RM."
