7: The Friend & Weak Knees

It has been 10 minutes since Hongjoong called one of his dorm mates to get his clothes. I thought,

What's taking him so long?

I just looked somewhere else for a second. And when I turned around, I saw someone running towards us in hurried steps. I was about to lose the balance of my feet by seeing who it was.

It was Park Seonghwa.

He is a similar aged friend and co-trainee at his entertainment company. He is also a rapper. But after taking some vocal lessons, Hongjoong told me that the company wanted him to become a vocalist. I've also heard his vocals. It's one of the sweetest voice my ears had ever heard. He is also so beautiful, stylish and darn sexy.

So I always get weak in my feet every time I see him. But I can never show my feelings to him.

He's younger than me.

So I somehow handled myself and saw Hongjoong run towards the gate as the guards blocked him from getting in. When he got into the cafè, he froze in front me for a while. I then asked him while looking somewhere else,

"What's wrong, Seonghwa? Why are you stuck?"

He then took a step closer to me and said,

"Am I hallucinating or is a glowing angel really standing in front of me now?"

Hongjoong then pulled his ear and said,

"What do you mean? Noona always looks like an angel."

I then gave him a stare which made him laugh out loud. Then Seonghwa gave him a blue paper bag and said,

"Here are your clothes. I chose them myself. Don't complaint later. And noona..."

Then he came closer to me and tucked some loose strands of hair behind my left ear and said,

"Please wear dresses more often. You look beautiful in them."

I somehow managed to stand straight. I could feel my heartbeat running faster than a bullet train and my skin burning as if I had a 103°F fever.

He then left from the cafè and I kept staring at him.

How can someone be that smooth with his words, that fierce with his stares, but also that soft in expressing his thoughts?

Then Hongjoong went into the staff room with the paper bag and came out 5 minutes later. He was running towards me in small steps. I was satisfied with Seonghwa's choice.

Hongjoong wore a navy blue long sleeve shirt perfectly. Over that, he wore a coffee colored blazer. And he also wore a blue jeans with a pair of beige Brogues. He looked like a modern gentleman.

I liked it. But there was a problem with his looks.

He was still wearing his black beak cap backside front. I saw him wearing that since he was driving the pick up van after picking me up from my apartment.

He took a halted stop in front of me, taking in steady breaths. I could tell that he knew that he took too much time. He then spoke,

"Sorry! I'm late, noona. How do I look?"

I took a few steps closer to him, which took him by shock. He just stood there.

Then I removed the black beak cap from his head and placed it on the counter. It revealed his hair was set as back flipped. It was nice. But I still let my right hand go through his smooth hair. I parted the hair in the middle and set his hair back a little at the sides. Then I said,

"That's better."

[A/N: Whatever Taerim just did to Hongjoong's hair was inspired from the swept back hair look he had for the cover stage for "Sherlock" by SHINee in KBS Music Bank 1000 episode special. He may not be my bias,but.... he looked stunning!!!!]

As I could see, it had caused Hongjoong to blush and his ears were getting red. He looked cute.😁😁

But then he turned away his head from me and looked at the glass door and spoke in a dark tone,

"Now, may I?"

As I was still feeling soft by his cuteness, I was taken aback by his dark tone. But I still gave him a cheeky smile and said,

"Yes, you may."

He then took a few pictures of me and also took some selfies with me. He then asked,

"When will they come?"

I replied,

"Huh?"

He then said,

"I mean, the guests. Weren't they  supposed to be here by now?"

I looked back to the counter clock behind me and it says that it is 7:01 PM. I said,

"Yeah! They were supposed to be here by now. Maybe they are stuck in traffic?"

I was now drinking water as I was trying to calm down my nerves. As I did, the reality sank into my mind.

In a few minutes, I'm going to manage my first event.

[A/N: WOAH!! What did just happen between these two?😏😏 Looks like something's wierd in their friendship.

And Am I crazy, or did just ATEEZ's Makhyung PARK SEONGHWA walk into the story like the romantic protagonist of a romantic novel or movie??

Well that's because he is one the 2 male protagonists in this BTS×ATEEZ×Reader fanfiction. Seonghwa is my bias in ATEEZ.

By the way, why do you think Hongjoong had to mention Taerim's name in order to get Seonghwa to get his clothes??Strange. Very Strange.🤔🤔
