Holy shi-
Am I reading this right??
Over 9K reads on my story???
Thank you guys SO much! Seriously, this means a lot. I put so much effort into this fanfiction and just getting reads from you guys is literally everything!
This chapter is going to be in Levi's POV. Enjoy, my fellow simps!
I stride to the destination (Y/n) was supposed to meet the other brats. All three of them stare at me as I take the spot next to Jean.
"Heichou?" Armin questions.
"Did you hit your head, Armin? Do I look like I'm that short, grumpy, handsome man that is my fiance?" I respond, trying my hardest to impersonate (Y/n).
They exchange glances.
Jean bursts out laughing. "I think you're the one that hit their head too hard, Captain!"
"I'm filling in for her. She's been on her feet all day so I'm giving her this time to take a break," I explain, breaking character.
Mikasa gets right to work, putting in her own ideas for how she thinks we can improve our tactics.
"And for the front lines we could..." she trails off, staring at me while I rub my stomach.
"This is super weird," Connie whispers loudly.
"I want the other (Y/n) back," Jean whines.
"Can we please focus," Mikasa drags our attention back to her. She sighs slowly, "(Y/n), I guess, what do you think?"
There's many flaws and possibilities that Eren can escape, but I put my mindset back to (Y/n) and think of what she would notice.
"We just need to transfer Eren someplace more secure, I'm sure there's no way he can get out of our sight. But we'll need to travel with him in some sort of enclosed space with chains tying his hands down so he can't transform."
"That's actually clever. Why didn't we think of that?" Jean says.
"Because your stupid," I answer.
"Damn, that stings!"
Cadet Connie walks over to me and gives me an aggressive high five.
"I take back what I said. You can stay."
"Levi!" (Y/n) screams, speed walking to me with a hand covering her stomach.
"What's wrong? Was there another attack?" Mikasa asks.
She shakes her head, trying not to pant but breathing heavily.
"Did something happen with the baby?" I ask as she pulls up her shirt just enough to see her pregnancy.
She nods, grabbing my wrist, and shoving it on her bare skin. A small thump beats against the inside of her body. My breath catches in my throat. My lips quiver from holding back the smile creeping on my face.
"It's kicking?!" Jean exclaims.
"Woah! No way! Let me feel-" Connie stops once I turn my head to him. He raises his hands in self defense and backs away slowly. "Okay. Let's give the father his moment."
(Y/n) smiles at us. "I can't wait to be a mom."
