I arrived at my home feeling nervous, but I put my head up and walked straight up to the door. I slowly put my hand on the handle and turned it slowly. I pushed the door open slowly, being cautious of what might happen. I peeked my head around and saw my family sitting in the living room. Great no sneaking past them. I let out a silent sigh and push the door open all the way and walk in.

Everyone looked up and saw me. My mother got up and walked to me cautiously. She stood in front of me an unsure look on her face. She pierced her lips then lunged forward and hugged me. I stood still contemplating what I should do. "I-I was so worried!" my mother said as she hugged me tightly. "I thought that you would never come back. And that I had lost you forever" She kept crying into my shoulder.

I looked at my siblings and my father. My father walked up to us and put his hand on my mothers shoulder. She released me and stood next to my father. He was never really one for being sentimental. Ruff and Tuff walked over and wrapped their arms around my shoulders. "We knew that you would come home sis" Tuff says as he noogies my head. "Ya I knew you would leave us. And you should have seen how much mom and dad were crying after you left" Ruff says as she smiles at out parents.

I looked from my brother and sister to the man and woman who had raised us. "I was really upset" I started to say. I saw my parents faces fall. "But you guys were just protecting me in what you thought was the right way. I couldn't be mad at you guys for that. Just know that everyone knows now and there is no way I am going to go back to staying locked up in this house. I am going to make a life for myself now. I have friends now and I plan on continuing dragon training school with everyone"

I saw my parents relax a little and small smiles started to show. "I love you guys just the same as always but I am no longer going to be your doll mother. And I won't be stuffed in this house anymore while a dragon fight is going on. I am going to go out there and stand by the sides of my family and all of my friends" I say with a firm determination. My father looked really proud and he was actually smiling like crazy. My mother looked a little sad that I wasn't going to be doing the dress up anymore, but she also had a look of pride for the way I was standing up for myself.

My father walked up to me and hugged me tightly. I was shocked. Not once in my entire life has he ever hugged me. He has side hugged my brother and sister but he never once gave me any affection of any sort. "I am proud of you Kit. I have waited for the day that you would choose to change and become who you want to be. I am sorry for giving you such a life like this. Just know that your mother and I love you and will always be here for you" He pulled away and held me at arms length.

I looked up at him and couldn't hold the tears that were flowing from my eyes. My father chuckled and grabbed all four of us and hugged us all together. My mother was smiling sweetly at me and my siblings. "You are our children and we love all of you" She says as she kisses each of our foreheads. She lingered a little longer on my forehead.

"Now lets go to the great hall for supper!" Dad yells. We all start to laugh and follow him out the door. We all walked through the village to the great hall laughing. On the way my parents would mention other Vikings that we walked past and who they were. We finally arrived at the great hall and walked in to see it full of the rest of the Vikings of Berk. Dad walked up to a big Viking and started to talk to him.

The Viking stood and cleared his throat. He waited till every Viking was looking up at him. I saw Hiccup sitting next to the big Viking. I smiled at him and waved. He smiled a goofy grin and waved back. I looked back at the Viking who had everyone's attention. "Gruffnut here has some news that he would like to share with everyone. So give him your attention please" The Viking says and puts his arms in dads direction.

"Thanks Stoic" Dad says as he looks out to all the Vikings staring at him. "I have an announcement to make!" Dad says loud and clear. He jesters to me to come forward. I walk up to him and stand next to him and look at all of the people watching me. "This is my daughter Kit! She is the third triplet of the Thorston triplets. She is also known as the hidden beauty of the Thorston family!" my father yells out with a big happy smile.

"Ya! She is finally being shown off!" Tuffnut yells. "That's my sister!" Ruffnut says shaking a nearby Viking. I smile at my family and wrap my arm around my dad. Stoic stood up and walked over to my dad and I. "Hello Kit. I am Stoic the vast. I am the chief of this village. I am happy to finally meet you properly" Stoic says as he shakes my hand. He had a good grip, but shook his hand after we let each other go. "That's some handshake she has there Gruff!" Stoic says with a big laugh.

"She is a really strong girl my Kitten" My mother says as she walks up and smooths my hair down. "Mom" I say annoyed. "What?" She asks. "I don't want anyone else calling me Kitten" I say with a huff. Hiccup walks up to us then. "Hey Hic" I say hugging him. He returns the hug awkwardly. "So you get along with my son?" Stoic asks while watching us.

I look up at him questioningly. "Ya he was the first friend I made when I snuck out of the house" I say nonchalantly. Stoic just laughs and slaps my back. I didn't budge. He seemed surprised. "Normally I knock people over and you didn't even budge!" He said looking shocked. "I am pretty strong for a shut in" I tell him and look at Hiccup. He just looked stunned. "Do you mind letting me try something?" Stoic asked. I looked up at him curiously.

"What would you like to try?" I ask cautiously. "I want to arm wrestle you" He states. I look at him for a second and smirk. "Sure I've been wanting to test my strength against someone else besides my family" I tell him. We walk over to an empty table. Everyone was getting up and mumbling about Stoic arm wrestling a girl and how nobody has beaten him. "You know nobody has beaten my dad right?" Hiccup says as he follows us to the table.

"Maybe that's about to change" I tell him with a smirk. Stoic and I sat across from each other at a table. All the other Vikings had gathered around us. I saw the group standing with Hiccup and my siblings. I smirk and give them a two finger salute and turn to Stoic who had his arm up and ready. I inhaled and slowly let it out. I put my arm up and fastened my hand with the chiefs. I slowly breathed and stayed calm.

My dad came up and checked our hands then placed his on top. "OK you two ready?" he asks looking at the both of us. He gave me an unsure look. I smile at my dad who seemed a little worried. "I'm good dad ready when he is" I say as I look at our chief. "I'm ready as well Gruff" Stoic says smirking at me.

"OK here we go.... and......START!!!" Dad yells releasing our hands. Everyone was still. Our arms didn't move. You could see the veins popping out of Stoics arm. I flexed my arm a little down and his arm went down. I did it again just watching his hand go down. It didn't feel like he was pushing all that hard. Stoic looked really shocked when ever his arm went down. He grunted and pushed really hard.

I couldn't hold back the yawn that was escaping my mouth. I think that kind of pissed Stoic off. He pushed even harder. I felt kind of bad that I was winning against our chief. I just wanted to end this so I pushed my hand down and watched as everyone cheered and looked shocked. I finally pushed his hand down all the way. "And Kit wins!" My dad yells over all the yells.

I stood up and walked over to where Stoic sat looking dumbfounded. "Stoic are you ok?" I ask hesitantly. He looks up at me then stands. He looked around and looked down at me again. "Well that sure was humiliating" He says gruffly. I start to feel guilty. "But that was the best arm wrestling I have had in a long time!" He yells suddenly lifting me up onto his shoulder. "Three cheers for Kit the strongest little Viking in Berk!" Stoic yells. Cheers were yelled out "HIP HIP HORRAAAYYY!!!!!!! HIP HIP HORRAAAYYY!!!!!! HIP HIP HORRAAAYYY!!!!!!" With all of the cheers you could feel the ground vibrating.
