The silent kitten

Chapter 28

As we were heading back..... well racing back to the cove I couldn't help but to observe Kit as she flew ahead of us. I watched the way she moved and how she flew. If you changed her human body into that of a dragon you would think she was one. Her hair spit down the middle making the two wings but also there was a section that didn't blend withe the wings and went down her back and acted as a tail for her.

She was flying like she had been doing it her whole life. She looked so happy as she flew. Toothless and I were going as fast as we could and Amenyx was ahead of us just a little bit. But Kitten she was way ahead of us. She was flying so fast it was amazing. We finally made it to the cove which Kit beat us to. As Toothless and Amenyx landed I couldn't see Kit anywhere.

I then hear splashing. "You guys are rotten dragon eggs!" She shouts from the pond. I chuckle at her childness. I walk over the edge as she swims up to it. "Here" I say as I hold my hand out to the wet dragon girl. She smiles up at me and grabs my hand. Gods she is beautiful. Wait what? The next thing I knew I was in the water. I came up to a laughing girl and the dragons were doing their little chortle a few feet away.

"Hahaha Got you!" She laughs out. "Not funny" I say and splash her. She looks shocked for a moment then she gets this look like her siblings do when they pull pranks. Oh no what have I done? I thought to myself. She lunges for me and tackles me under water. We wrestle around for a few seconds before I need air. I then feel like I'm being pushed up to the surface.

I came up for air and was gasping. As I caught my breath I didn't realize that Kit was behind me until she tackles me into the water again. This time when we went down the last of the sun rays were shining down and it looked like it was framing her. She looked so breath taking. I looked at her bright emerald eyes that held so much wonder and curiosity. My hand moved up to cup her cheek.

She was so beautiful that no other Viking could ever compare. She looked at me confused and cocked her head to the side. By this time I had run out of air and couldn't breathe but I was captured by her beauty that I wasn't paying attention to my own breathing which now is the reason why I am blacking out.

Am I dead? I thought as I floated around. I couldn't feel anything nor see anything. I waited for something to happen. I then saw a light and headed towards it. The next thing I know my chest hurts and I'm coughing up water. What the heck happened? Oh right I drowned myself while being captivated by Kits beauty.

"What happ---" I start to say before Kit lunges at me and hug me. She was crying into my chest and shaking really badly. "Hey what's wrong Kit? I'm ok look at me" I say trying to calm her down. I pull her face up to look at me. I swipe my finger under her eye wiping away her tears. She was really upset about me almost dyeing.

"You wern't breathing! And your heart beat was almost gone! I thought I was gonna to lose you!" She cries out. "I mean what would I have done if you had died? Your my best friend Hicucp I wouldn't be able to function right without you" She continued to cry out. She was really upset about this. Kit never cries unless she is very upset or hurt. I frowned and pulled the small girl into a hug.

"I'm sorry Kit. I wouldn't want to leave you like that. Please don't cry" I say as I grip her tightly. She wrapped her arms around my waist and hug me tightly. "Don't scare me like that again. You hear me Hic?" She says snuggling her face into my chest. I chuckle at this girl who was so worried about me. Man if she kept this up I would be in love with her.

I continued to hold Kit until she calmed down. When I felt like she was better I slowly lifted her face up and wiped away the remaining tears. Her cheeks were dusted lightly with a small blush. I looked down at the girl who was looking up at me. There was this look in her eyes that I couldn't figure out. Our faces were really close, if I just lean forward a little more I could taste those plump pink lips.

"You know that prize for catching you earlier? I kinda wish it wasn't a kiss on the cheek" I said softly. I leaned closer to the girl sitting in my lap. "I wanted you to kiss me here" I say as I lay my lips upon hers. As soon as our lips touched there was this electrical storm inside. It felt amazing. I never wanted to stop kissing this girl ever. Her lips tastes a little salty but sweet. I felt her relax and lean into the kiss and deepen it.

My hand slid from her cheek into her raven black hair. I held her tightly as I deepened the kiss. Her arms started snake up my chest and circle around my neck. We both held each other tight against the other. I broke the kiss and looked down to see Kits eyes slowly open. Her cheeks flushed with color. Her eyes held so much emotion and shone so brightly that I couldn't look away.

"I-is that w-what a k-k-kiss feels l-like?" Kit stuttered out cutely. Her fingers brushing her lips. "Y-ya" I say softly. I smile down to her mischievously. "Want another one?" I ask cupping her small face with my hands bringing our faces close together again. She blushed really bad. "I-I-I-I-I" She stutters out before our lips were locked again. Man I can't believe that I am being this brazen with her.

I feel her put more passion into this kiss. Wow she is a great kisser. I don't ever want to stop. I wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her closer to me. Her hands that were resting on my chest snake up and wrap around my neck. Her hands tangle themselves into my hair. I didn't want to let her go. I wanted her to be mine and only mine. She broke the kiss panting lightly. I was panting slightly as well.

"I could get use to that" I say as I lightly peck her sweet lips. She blushes and starts to purr. I smile at how cute she looked. She got flustered even more when she couldn't stop purring. I scratched under her chin knowing that she likes it. I didn't expect her to crumble and fall into my arms the way she did, but I was happy that I knew her weaknesses and her strengths.

Her purring intensified as I continued to pet her chin and neck. I watched as her eyes rolled up. She was so cute when she was defenseless. "So adorable" I whisper huskily into her ear. I see her shiver as her purring escalated even more. I held her closely and played with her hair till she came around. She is all I want. I don't even want Astrid any more. I will make this girl mine and mine alone.
