It developed into my favorite pattern
It was like I actually mattered

It feels pretty nice to be accepted
But now that things have changed a little bit
I thought you'd vanish like my other friends did
I got scared that I'd never see you again
I thought I was losing a friend
And I don't care that we met at work first
I'm just glad I met you, so what does that hurt?
