"Hey, what are you doing today?" Roxy peeped her head into my room

"Nothing?"

"Wanna watch a movie? Dad is out,"

"I'll join you later I need to call someone,"

"Okay," she replied before leaving

I dialed Lee's number a couple of times and it went straight to voice mail finally giving up my phone buzzed and it was a message from our group chat.

Vivi: Guys let's gather at my house and just do random stuff

Nico: Are guys included :)

Vivi: Yup

Ethan: I'm busy today

Coco: Me too

Ana: What are you guys up to ;) are you guys going on a date?

Coco: Well...we're with each other right now so... ;)

Vivi: Get that thingggg

Ana: I see you, Coco ;)

Nico: I see you too Ana ;)

Me: Vivi, I'll be over in 20

Justin: Me too!

Nico: Me three!

Ana: I'll be there in ten!

Changing my outfit I grabbed my phone and car keys before heading downstairs.

"Roxy, I'm going to Vivi's house wanna come?"

"Yup," she smiled excitedly before switching off the tv and grabbing her phone "let's go,"

We got to Vivi's house about an hour later thanks to the traffic congestion

"Hey," Roxy piped up as soon as Vivi opened the door and she walked past her into the living room to greet the rest of my friends

"Hey," I smiled at her walking in

"Justin's here!" Roxy squealed and gave him a hug while he was laughing

"Hey, guys!" I beamed before taking a seat next to Justin

"Hey, you smell good," Justin greeted

"Thanks,"

"So Vivi what did you do at the party with Will," Ana wiggled her brows Nico's arm slung over her shoulder on the couch

"I'm going to catch up on my movie in Vivi's room!" Roxy announced before leaving

"Vivi, I thought you said there was no alcohol at the party the police could've arrested us!" I sighed

"I didn't know he was going to do that," she sighed plopping on the couch

"Ana got drunk," I pointed out

"And I told her not to drink," Nico rolled her eyes

"You were at the party?" I frowned

"Yeah," he replied

"I didn't see you dude," Justin replied

"Me neither," I added

"He was with me, well half the time," Ana justified

"I'll go get popcorn," Vivi announced

"Not so fast," I replied

"What did you guys do?" Ana asked and she shrugged

"Nothing, but why is Nico's arm around your shoulder?" She smirked and Ana moved away from Nico blushing furiously and adjusting her glasses

"I thought we were chilling," Nico added confused and Vivi slapped her forehead

"Never mind," She rolled her eyes and I laughed next to Justin

"Did you guys apologize to Mel, I haven't seen her in like two weeks," I stated

"I have," Ana replied and Vivi shrugged leaving the room

The school fundraising event came by quickly and I was too occupied with it to notice if Lee came to school or not. The event being the movie I organized was already packed and I was going to bake a cake for the event to encourage people to come watch the movie.

We had shared out flyers and all and today was the movie day. We decided on a Saturday night for the movie after a lot of people said they would be available.

We were going to project the movie in the gym so that everyone could fit in and there would be enough space.

Beaming proudly at my work, everyone scattered their blankets on the gym floor with a slice of cake in a disposable plate. I walked over to where my friends were seated and I took a seat.

"This is nice," Justin said

"Thanks," I smiled

The lights were still on since the movie had not yet started because everyone was trying to settle down.

"Isn't this Mel's job though?" Nico questioned and I frowned

"I was just helping to plan a fundraiser," I shrugged

"Okay," Nico replied

The gym door opened and Mel walked in looking around the room and I waved at her.

"Did you do this?" she questioned her voice raised

"Yes, isn't this nice, we got such a huge turnout and-"

"Why do you keep trying to steal things away from me?" She questioned staring down at me and I stared at her confused
