Lee: Ri are you okay? I just saw this picture

Ana: Riiii! Where are you?!

Vivi: Get your ass to the gym ASAP

Coco: J.J is in a mess

Mel: what's going on?

The picture was everywhere. It looked like Justin but anyone who knew him well would know that wasn't him, Justin's blonde hair, his Jersey boldly showing his name and multiple beer bottles were in front of him and he was drinking. Everyone knew what could happen if a lacrosse player was caught drinking excessively and with their Jersey as proof and I knew that was the Jersey he had given me.

I rushed into the gym trying to get through the bodies of people that wanted to get a glimpse of what was going on but were not brave enough to enter. My friends looked startled their faces shook with horror. Coco, Mel, Ana and Vivi. Vivi had her arms folded in front of her.

"What the fuck did you do?" Vivi questioned

"I-I just saw the picture...I swear I didn't give anyone the Jersey!"

I looked on the other side of the gym and saw Justin with the Coach, the Principal, and a couple of other teachers.

I knew how important this game was to Justin it was an opportunity to get scholarships to colleges. He had been training and working hard for this.

"What do you mean you didn't give anyone the jersey! We have the picture of someone impersonating him with the jersey" Ana yelled

"Guys calm down remember she was asking if anyone of us came to her house, whoever came probably took it," Coco spoke up

"Well...We have to find out who did it," Vivi added pacing around

I noticed the boys on the other side of the gym with Justin whilst Justin frowned and looked annoyed at whatever Coach was saying.

I'm sorry...

I sighed as the principal asked all of us to head back to our class and left with Coach and Justin. The boys followed suit and the girls headed back to their class. This was definitely my fault. Thanks to my mum who let someone she didn't know into my room. I couldn't go back to class, I got through the swarming bodies and everyone was whispering my name.

"Of course, she did it to spite him because she lost her spot as captain of the cheerleading team"

"I know right?"

After hearing the exchange, I dashed into the bathroom and locked myself in a stall crying silently.

"I never thought she'd be capable of something like that," one girl said

"It's always the nice ones, she's psychotic for doing something like that to her boyfriend, I feel so bad for Justin,"

"Why would you call her that?" the other girl gasped

"Oh, please I knew she was putting on a façade all this time"

I bit down on my hand crying silently. I heard their footsteps retreating before I came out of the stall. I stared at my red eyes in the mirror before washing my face. I took a deep breath before walking out of the girls' bathroom.

School was over in a breeze and the dark grey skies didn't help, everyone was angry at me, and the clouds were probably mad at me too. 

I made my way into the parking lot to see if I could find Justin, he was getting into his red mustang when I called out to him.

I ran over to his car and my eyes started to sting as I watched him stare at me.

"Justin," I took in a sharp breath "I'm so sorry, I promise I'll figure this out, please please,"

"Are you done?" he asked his eyes red

"Justin," I sighed "I swear I'm sorry, I would never do this to you,"

"I trusted you! I trusted you with everything! Now guess what? I can't even fucking play at the next game where I'm supposed to be getting sponsors, and I'm on suspension for a month! just because I trusted my fucking girlfriend with something so important!" he yelled his eyes getting redder and I knew he was fighting back the tears.

"J.J, I'm sorry," the hot tears flowed freely down my cheeks

"Guess what? I'm sorry too for fucking trusting you." He got into his mustang and I yelled his name repeatedly till he drove out of the parking lot. 

It started pouring as if in sync with my tears and stood in it for a couple of minutes allowing it to drench me as the tears flowed freely.

I got into my car wiping the tears from my eyes and there was a soft knock on my window. I jumped before relaxing after seeing Leon.

"I'm coming in," he said once I rolled down the windows

He ran over to the other side of the car getting in after I unlocked the doors. He got into the car and we stared at each other. His clothes were soaking and dripping on the seat, he stared at me longingly his blue eyes saying things he couldn't.

He leaned over swiftly and gave me a hug. He was soaking but the hug felt warm and comforting.

"I know, I'm here for you," he whispered

"I..."

"You don't need to say anything, I know you'd never do that," his hot breath fanned against my ear "we'll find who did this,"
