"Thy Gracious King! All Hail to thy generous and victorious King!" I exclaimed with the utmost feeling of gratefulness, my eyes glazing with appreciation and arms stretched out at the ruler in front of me, knees on the ground with tears begining to streak down my face.

"Oh a Cherubin! You have need to be my maid. You my child, shall be the bride of my son." Soobin said in a voice of authority with a smile looking over at Yeonjun who was standing there in his attire of blue armour with a silver sword hooked to his waist. "Yes father." He knelt before the king.

"Okay practice over for today! Good job everyone!" The class President and the director clapped for everyone to stop the rehearsals, utterly happy with our performance. And why not?

"We're great actors!" Yeonjun squealed happily throwing the plastic sword away and Beomgyu, Taehyun and Kai came running to join us.

"Hell yeah!" I exclaimed with a wide smile, opening my apron which Yeonjun struggled to put on me this morning.

"We should consider careers in acting." Soobin chuckled removing his fake white beard. "Atch-" he winced because of the glue. "Nasty thing." He groaned.

"I don't want to be the tree!" Beomgyu complained. "I can do much more!"

"Hey you should sway and dance around. That way you'll be the magic tree." Kai said immediately making Taehyun widen his eyes and burst out laughing imagining the scenario.

"I'm considering doing that, not gonna lie." Beomgyu said with a pout flailing his arms to get rid of the brown cardboard bark on him.

"Okay guys, cut it out. Shouldn't we be running to the painting class now? Class has already begun by now." Soobin said putting both his arms on Beomgyu and Kai's shoulder.

Taehyun sighed and said, "I agree, but Soobin-ah, you can be less uptight about it!" And with a giggle he led the 6 of us to the class. The eldest simply smiled only hoping for himself to be less uptight and paranoid about everything because what he saw in the sky that morning, was enough to have him worrying his brains out... For the girl.

The rest of the day passed by like sand running down in the hourglass. Very quickly. The painting class was about drawing a creature of fantasy. Everyone had different pictures presented on their canvas. Soobin had tried to paint Bangtan and Sana in Magic Shop who he called "The Guardian Angels", Beomgyu had painted an anime version of Soobin who he called "The Watcher" with a smirk might I add. Then there was Taehyun who had literally made Harry Potter and Kai who had decided to be the most creative and paint a Pokemon.

It was me and Yeonjun who drew Soobin's attention the most. His laughter had come to a pause from watching and analysing the others' paintings and his eyes had grown darker. "Why did you two paint those?"

Yeonjun shrugged and shook his head. "I don't know. What's wrong with it? It's just a simple violet dragon." He said nonchalantly and tried to laugh it out but instead of lightening up the mood, he seemed to have stirred something more in Yeonjun because now he had suspicious narrowed eyes staring into our souls. "And what about you Hyun Ae?" He asked softly.

But I knew better. That tone... There was definitely something going on in his mind. What did we do so wrong?

"... It's just a glowing white angel... Without wings." I mumbled trying to read his facial expression but except a troubled look I got nothing more. Were we not supposed to make these? It just happened to strike me as soon as I had started thinking about it and I thought it would be a cute portrayal of a little angelic girl.

"Nevermind... Let's go now. I don't feel like playing. The weather's bad enough and I feel tired. Let's go home. I want to rest." He quickly said turning away to face the window. There was very little sunlight, it was mostly more windy than anything else. There were some thick grey clouds, probably indicating that it would rain. Heavily.

"What? Really? But I want to play!" Kai whined stomping his foot down on the ground.

Yet, Taehyun had the opposite reaction. He put his hand on Soobin's shoulder and squeezed it. "Everything okay?" He asked quitely.

Soobin gulped thickly and pressed a forced smile on his face and nodded. "Yeah! Like I said, I'm tired—"

I cut him off. "Yeah same. Let's go home. It's probably gonna rain very hard anyway, and later we might get stuck here. Worse, if there's water logging." I said in order to back him up. Of course there was something very wrong that seemed to trouble Soobin. Following his judgement was for the best. Yeonjun, Kai and Beomgyu might not have any memory of those events, but me and Taehyun were well aware of how twisted things could get.

"Alright peeps. Let's go home. Actually..." Yeonjun trailed off as his face lit up and he looked at me with the most heart warming smile, "We could all crash at my and Beomgyu's house and then hang out!"

That idea made everyone agree immediately because everyone always prefer the comfort of home and we were getting both in one place. He held my hand, intertwining our fingers together and squeezed it a little making me blush. I shouldn't think of this now... But... How could I stop myself from feeling this way when my crush was out here acting like my boyfriend.

We gathered up our things and exited the school before it had been planned. Upon going out, we realised that the sky was actually darker and scarier than it looked in the illuminated comfort of our classroom. The clouds rumbled lowly reminded me of a hungry predator hunting and it honestly made chills run down my spine. It was supposed to be summer but I felt goosebumps on my skin and Yeonjun put an arm around my shoulder pulling me closer into his warmth, probably feeling the hairs on my arm rising since we were holding hands.

"Let's hurry up and get out of here." Soobin urged breaking into a jog.

"Yep. It's gonna rain like cats and dogs." Beomgyu said following soon after Soobin and we joined. Soobin for some reason, kept glancing back at me and Yeonjun. It was scaring me more at this point. While we had just crossed the second block, a loud boom made us stop dead on our tracks.

When we turned out heads, to our great horror, we noticed a part of our school terrace had caught fire but it didn't look normal. It looked... Black. The thickest of black clouds surrounded the building almost making our racing hearts stop beating for a moment.

"We gotta go." Soobin hollered holding my hand and tugging me and Yeonjun away, sprinting as fast as we could into the safety of our house. Beomgyu's hand was visibly shaking as he struggled with the key, finally jabbing it in and opening the door. The six of us quickly filed in the dark yet warm house and shut the door behind us finally taking a breath of relief.

"What was that...?" Taehyun whispered, shaken up, staring daggers at Soobin as we all slid down on the floor, our legs giving out from the adrenaline rush.
