a/n: i know canonically reg was dead when peter attending meetings but sshush.

A couple months went by, and everything was getting tiring. Nothing major had happened since the mention of Voldemort's "Horcruxes."

Pandora was doing her studying along side of the studying she had to do with her exams. And I was still spying.

Little did I know that this time, I had the biggest and most unexpected gift of my life.

We were all sat, it was quiet. Voldemort stood, and cleared his throat.

"We will have a new wizard joining us today," he announced. "May I introduce Peter Pettigrew."

I looked up. Peter made his way in, smiling weakly. And giving me a side smile. Peter Pettigrew. One of my brothers longest friends. James'  god damn secret keeper.

No wonder he was here. He was perfect for the job. He was wise enough for it too.

I stared at him the whole meeting. I thought if I stared enough I could unravel something from his brain. It didn't work.

He left. He left happy, and pleased. Like he had no care in the world what he had just done. What information he had just given me. The power I had just earned.

Because he made the biggest, and most stupidest mistake of his life.
