Me and Pandora spent months and months studying from afar. Each holiday we compared notes, she told me to take breaks. I had my
N.E.W.T.S this year. And to pass, I had to focus on them.

But I just couldn't. I had to focus on Voldermort. And I had to speak to Dumbledore.

I owled Pandora, told her that I was going to ask him questions. She told me no, but I did it anyway.

I went to his office that day. He let me in. I climbed the staircase.

"How may I help you, Black?" He said, sitting in his chair.

"I know you know." I said.

"I see," he said. "Are you still living with your mother?"

He knew I was living with Pandora. But I lied. I nodded.

"You know and you haven't done anything? You could save so many people." I said.

"But, that isn't how it works, my boy," he stood. "You see, the dark lord and I aren't very different."

"Oh, believe me. I know," I said. "You both lie, and scheme, and kill."

"I don't kill. Fate kills," He said. "And my boy, yours will come very soon."

"Very funny," I said. "You don't scare me."

"I'm not trying to scare you," he sighed. "I suggest you go home for halloween. Go and see your mother."

"Why?"

"Just trust me on this one," he smiled. "Better that than alone."

I didn't understand at first. And I didn't for a while. But so figured it out. I figured it out with the rest of my studies.

"Come and see me after halloween, and i'll tell you where the seaside cave is." He winked.
