With the last part of the Tournament finishing, everyone was going riot because it was a week away.

People were running around, trying to find dates, trying to find a way in. Girls were giggling, boys were swooning. And I was alone.

I was in the courtyard when I heard what I didn't think I would hear a girl say at this moment.

"Potter, i'm not going to the bloody ball with you! Now, piss off." She said, and started walking towards me.

"But Evansss, you'd be so lucky! So many girls want to go with me!" James whined.

"And I am not one of those girls-" She said, walking backwards into me. "Oh, I am so sorry, Regina-"

"Reg," I sighed, "It's fine."

"Right, Reg," She smiled, "Actually I could use your help, can you tell this tall man of stupidity that I will not go the ball with him."

"Did you just call me a man, Evans?" James smirked.

"Evans said she won't go to the ball with you." I said.

"Yeah but you said that not her." James folded his arms.

"I've said it a million times!" Lily huffed, and walked away.

Surprisingly, James didn't run after her. And he stood standing next to me.

"I think she broke my toe." I said, looking down at my boots.

"She tends to do that," James smirked, "I have one unbroken toe left."

"I really don't think she likes you." I said, walking again.

"I don't understand why." James said, catching up with me.

"Maybe because you bug her every chance you get. She's probably tired." I said.

"Tired of me? Who could ever be tired of me?" James said.

"Maybe not of you. But your ego." I smiled.

"Am I really getting advice from my best mates little sister?" James said, laughing.

"Well, it's not like your best mate is good at advice." I said, "Speak of the devil."

Walking up to us was Sirius and his friend Remus. "Friend."

"Moony won't let me go to the ball with Mary," Sirius sighed, "He says that she can do better."

"I'm just saving her from heartbreak." Remus said, sternly.

"I agree with your friend." I said, pointing at Remus.

"At least there's one black sibling with some brain. Thank you, Reg." Remus smiled.

"Oh this bonding is so gross." Sirius whined.

"Why don't the both of you just go together if you can't find dates?" James suggested. He made a point for once.

"What?" They both said simultaneously. I tried not to laugh.

"I think he means as friends." I said.

"And I don't think he does. Look behind you." Sirius pointed.

Walking towards me was Barty Crouch Jr. He had a upturned smile on him. And a steady walk.

"Oh god, can someone hide me." I said, turning back to the others.

"Reg! I've been searching for you everywhere!" Barty said.

"We'll be leaving. Come one boys." Sirius said, dragging him and his friends away.

"Hey, Barty." I smiled.

"Now, I have a question. And i've been saving it. But you can hex me if not," He said, "Would you like to go to the ball with me?"

"Only if I don't have to wear a dress," I started, "And heeled shoes."

"Wear whatever you want. Even if it's night wear." He sneered.

"Noted," I smiled, "Then I guess I will go with you."

"Great! I'm excited." He smiled.

I looked behind his should to see Pandora walking towards us squealing, and clapping her hands.

"He came to me! It was so sweet," Pandora said, wrapping her arms around my arms, "Now, if you don't mind i'm stealing my best friend away from you."

"I'll see you soon." Barty smiled, awkwardly.

"You too." I grinned.

"Now, tell me all about him!" Pandora said, excitedly.
