Rachels pov :
I opened my eyes to a white room am I dead ? I thought. I got up and then a shadow came towards me , "Hello ? Who are you ?" I asked . Suddenly I saw an old women who looked just like me she had brown hair and brown eyes and she was wearing a sweater dress. "Who are you ? Why am I here ?" I asked . "I'm you . " She said . "No way wait is that even possible? " I asked her . "Yes it is very possible now come with me I need to show something. " She well I told myself. She then grabbed my hand and before I knew it we were at McKinley. I looked at her , "I don't understand am I dead or something ?" I asked her . "No dear lets just say you're in between life and death . " She told me. I then walked into the choir room and saw Finn there he looked all grown up and happy he was looking over sheet music when suddenly a little girl with brown hair came running in , "Daddy!" She said happily he picked her up and said , "Hey there sunshine!" He said giving her a kiss on the cheek . Suddenly an older version of me walked in saying , "Lily, honey I told you to stay with me !" I looked at my future self . I was about eight months pregnant and in heels . "Hello my beautiful wife. " Finn said to my future self . Wife? I thought "I'm his wife?" I asked the spirit. The older version of me nodded and then jestered to Finn. "Look how happy he is with you." She said. "Could this be my future ?" I asked her . "Only if you let it . " She said. I smiled as I saw Finn kiss the other me and I saw our beautiful daughter Lily and me pregnant it felt so real and so right. "I wanna go back I wanna stay on earth . " I told myself . She smiled me , "Are you sure?" She asked me. "I love Finn and I want to be with him . " I told her . "Alright then . " and with a snap of her fingers everything went dark again .
Finns pov :
Its been 4 days since Rachel has been out of surgury and she still hasn't woken up. Everyone tells me not to give up hope or to be strong because Rachel would want me to like she's already gone but she's not she's alive she just hasn't opened those beautiful brown eyes of hers. I've been staying with her hoping she'll wake up . Today when I walked in I brought my guitar I decided that maybe if I sing to her she'll know I'm here and she'll wake up . I sat with my guitar and I grabbed her hand softly and said , " Hey Rach its me Finn . I miss hearing your voice and seeing you like this is killing so I decided to sing a song to you because I know that's how you and I communicate so here it goes . I then picked up my guitar and started :

I put the guitar down and wiped my tears . I then took her hand and bowed my hand to pray . "Please say something I love you to much to let you go just stay . " I begged. "I'm here . " a voice said softly . I looked up and saw Rachel with her eyes opened , "Say that again ?" I asked thinking this was some kind of dream . "I'm here and I love you too . " She said. I smiled and cried tears of joy .
